Btw, Devourer DH seems like a solid way to play a Night Warrior

That would have ripped, and maybe shut some folks up about her.
Like there was so much telling and so little showing for good chunks of this expansion.
You've just reminded of how well Mist of Pandaria lore fit the existing story and how great they've managed to improve upon it with the Chronicles first book to bring even more depth to Lei Shen and his role. Khaz Algar missed the mark big time and ends up a big joke when none of the dwarves are brought along in the following patches, they've almost never mattered.
Many of my guildmates are very worried that Midnight will continue with the same treatment for the blood elves and the Amani and honestly it's kind of hard to expect otherwise. Yeah most likely the Amani will never be heard of again after release, we will probably have Orweyna tag along for the rest of the story but I'm not even sure Arathor will remain a meaningful character past 12.0. Boy Dagran was such a vital character for TWW and a resounding success that Blizzard will feel compelled to reiterate their feat of strength...
(fanfic time : they could give Dagran III character design some redemption by having Moira killed supposedly by a Wildhammer in an attempt to bring back war of the Three hammers and force boy Dagran to adopt a more aggressive stance on his responsibilities as leader of the Bronzebeard and DarkIron.)
Blizzard unfortunately dropped sidestory books a while ago but with Magni back as a proper ruler of the Bronzebeard, Blizzard should definitely go back to their roots and develop fantasy realm power struggles and drama, develop the stories of the lands we know, build the weaknesses and the character of the factions and realms (Gilneas with Greymane was a good example, retiring the man is such a stupid move, he was perfectly flawed for the role).

You can do a lot with a T rating. It's whether they actually want to.

The Zuljin grandkids make me wonder if they will play it straight with no betrayals or deaths for once. We're in an interesting position where the woman holds the power to start with this time.
It's good that so many devs over the years have botched up remasters and remakes that Blizzard knows that it's not something players like. One of the biggest challenges with Silvermoon was making sure they captured the identity of Silvermoon. They had to be sure it didn't change with the upresing and modern fidelity.
They wanted to be sure Silvermoon kept all of the iconic elements while they are adding more to it.
Makes me think of how WoD started. When you start the expansion, the first thing you'll do is step out of the light and join the battle we saw in the cinematic. We only saw the first set of people that arrive.
They get it. They FINALLY get it. This is how it should've always been. Neither Garrosh's war or Sylvanas's war could ever make sense gameplay wise. This is how WoW started and how it should end, because it's a core theme of the game. End the war or start a new one or whatever but do it in a new game, not WoW.Going forward, the goal is to balance room for faction conflict with broader storytelling that represents both cooperation and lingering rivalries.
I feel like third to half continents at a time is more plausible with the quality of a Quelthalas style revamp.

I would love for them to do nothing but revamp expansions for the next decade until everything but MoP and on is revamped. MoP is still fine imo, and looks and plays close enough to modern wow.
Can we compile a list of data pointing toward the rest of TWW content? So far I've got
- Broker Cartel Reputation Voucher recipes
- The Cartel Leaders have unique models in game despite...not doing anything yet
- The Darkshire Game Mode
Anybody have anything else?
