The only things I like about Midnight are the housing system and Zul'Aman.

I'm indifferent towards, disappointed by or straight up hate everything else. I'll probably enjoy it more than TWW 'cause that was the biggest nothing burger ever but yeah it's shaping up to be a bottom 3 expansion for me as well.

The only thing I want from Iridikron is a sequence where he gets a punch in only to be obliterated, I just want the punch sequence to be satisfying. Obviously, I am so ready for this to not happen at all though considering status quo.

Perhaps, so. I am unsure if we know who he intends to punch or if he just wanted to punch a Pantheon of Order titan. Obviously if Aman'thul is written in the way he is prepared to be written I assume that'd be the case considering nuance with Aman'thuls' character seems to be thrown out of the window at this hour.

Yeah Aman'Thul at full power would be way beyond anything he does as he'll be beyond anything in the whole lore besides First Ones and Sargeras. If Aman'Thul is a villain in TLT then the chance of him getting back his full power would be higher. And Iridkron would also most likely end up as a uneasy ally for us if the Titans are the villain. And we know a villain to a ally always gets nerf.

Iridikron is very powerful and smart too and I can see him being above all the villains in the series besides prime old gods, current Xal'atath, and Sargeras. So if the Pantheon are still in their weak Avatar forms from Legion than I can see Iridikron having a good chance to kick their asses.

I agree and I definitely think we'll see Iridikron get owned if the Titans are indeed the main villains which they most likely are.

Class design can be tweaked and the pruning seems to be a mixed bag (going from what I read on Wowhead). The addon stuff is just bullshit; this player base created an ecosystem of over reliance on third-party stuff and convinced itself Blizzard has an obligation to keep that stuff on the game.

I don't understand how the same writers can come up with villains like Denathrius and Xal'atath, and also write Zovaal and Dimensius.

The former are charismatic and fan favourites, and the latter are "ME KILL. YOU DIE. ME POWERFUL. YOU WEAK. I DEAD. DONT KNOW WHY."

Xal’atath is a dreadful character so putting her in the same conversation as the likes of Denathrius who is half decent is missing the mark in my opinion.

I honestly can’t imagine Iridikron vs Titans right now. Unless they nerf the Titans after of their “death,” or Iridikron devoured Xal’atath/Dark Heart in the end of Midnight.

I don’t get why so many people still expect something cool from Iridikron — we literally already kicked his ass together with Chromie.

To me, he’s basically Deathwing 2.0 from Temu = Earth-Dragon and his Void-friends
