PTR reports said that M+ would give it, but the 30 I did for the tmogonly gave little over 1k.

Personally I get all the Bronze from levelling alts. Just focusing on the dailies, you easily get in excess of 100k per. And once you get above 200% experience gain, it goes extremely quickly. Only a few hours once you get to 300%

Doing the achivments is the best way to get bronze, I think I'm at like 3.5 mil or something. Once you get your exp bonus up making some alta with healer specs and doing 1 normal and herioc dungeon per day + the research quest will also give you a ton of time effective bronze. The one time level gated research give like 4k each I think? And you'll get multiple levels a dungeon


You also won't need the full 8.5 mil some of the rewards you'll earn passively like the tmog sets for your armor class or the class hall mount for the classes you level


Though I think the ideal way to farm bronze would be getting a group of 5 people and rotating leveling characters and smashing through dungeons to level, depending on which dungeons you get you could level 10-80 in around an hour with max exp gain.

Is it really 8 million the needed bronze for 100%? It doesn't feel like that. Are you sure you're not checking the old requirement before they merged tier sets from different difficulties into 1 ensemble?

Alts are your friends. Each alt to 80 gave me 150k+

Tbh I still think that remix bosses should still have a chance to drop their mounts, and the mounts should be vendorable for their bronze price too. Same for the paragon pets and whatever

Honestly, I would have prefered the "Collectors Bounty" and Remixes to be one thing - remove the mounts from the vendors, but let them drop with increased % from their remix bosses. But what's done is done, most rare stuff has lost it's value, so lets hope they actually bring back all other FOMO stuff including gladiator mounts. Either all or nothing, not this weird in between.

I feel like I'm the only one that likes that Lemix is timegated. I never got to do the expansion when it was current so it feels nice going into it without having so many quests that don't follow any sort of progression pop up at the same time. Besides I'm still 720 but I'll most likely get to 740 in the next few days.

I've been 740 for about a week now with all the cosmetics bought and it is kinda nice that I've been "done" with this phase until the next - especially if you're still playing retail at the same time

The people farming M+ endless to get obscene versatility I don't understand, it is pointless

I don't think it is a coincidence remix has been two beloved expansions - I really am not sure a BFA or WoD remix would happen

It is disappointing paragon chests don't give the mounts either, but I guess that would be extremely easy given how many you get

With the sheer amount of quests and stuff to do, i feel like timegating it was the only way the event could work without overwhelming the players.

They could just let quests only be available if you've completed the previous ones. Like, disable the 7.1 content if the player hasn't completed the 7.0 one. Of course with an option to deactivate said limit.

I think what you need for an expansion to be remixed is a solid amount of content. BfA has great dungeons, a ton of raid bosses and some beloved transmogs (warfront mogs anyone?). I mean what would a WoD remix even have? Especially if you cut the garrison

Idk. The things people dislike about BfA would be negated by timerunning anyway. The actual theme and flavour of the expansion was generally well received which is the more important part.

Asking for examples is one thing. Asking for an arbitrary minimum number of examples inclusive of an arbitrary timeframe period is another thing entirely.

Shifting to the current topic of timegating, i'm a big fan of the lemix timegating. Thought i'd hate it, but it's made the pacing and progression, even with the 1 week Suramar delay feel much nicer and more natural.

Even then it would only be if you had to buy absolutely everything from the vendor.

As things stand, i don't even have anything to buy from them left until the next phase.

I think the toy and pet vendor raises the overall needed bronze quite a bit, it's super expensive while being, for me, the least important stuff.

This, BfA content is more than fine if there's no Azerite system. It is also the last expansion that was not a two patch wonder, I think BfA remix would work just fine.

not aribitrary whatsoever. he brought up since shadowlands, which was five years ago, hence 5 years. if this mindset from blizzard is so prevalent than surely 1 or 2 examples per expansion wouldnt be so hard

Mists is not a beloved expansion regardless of the deserving praise it gets. People just refused to play because theme and Siege is controversial to this day.

BFA remix would likely do well because of Azeroth ties and war theme which people (in this topic even) sorely miss. Plus removal of the expansions bad mechanics.
