Gonna guess Hearthstone or that Duskwood thing.
MT is a huge stretch.

another game mode when we have housing and remix overlapping in 1 month?
As always people are hyping themselves up to unrealistic levels and will end up being disappointed and blame Blizzard for hyping them up. Classic
Could be a Midnight launch date announcement but too early for that perhaps.

Sometimes I get the sense that these people wouldn't feel they have a valuable experience in their day to day lives unless they created their own reason to be mad at their drug dealer.
As far as release date, even then, they really have given so many indications and half leaks as to the time frame that it wouldn't even be exciting.
Full belly laugh if it turns out to be some merch.

There's an extended maintenance so this a realistic guess in my opinion. There hasn't been any news of the new gamemode in Duskwood they've teased too so it's still a rational guess. When they've released Plunderstorm, they've been very secretive about it until the release.
Could also be an official release date for 11.2.7 or even for Midnight but this just seems too ceremonial.
No dataminings today, so I supose that it is because the Alpha has ended. Guess there will be no more Midnight drama until next week?
Speaking of fire mages, does anyone play a specific spec and only that spec because they headcanon their character as someone that's only that spec? For mages it seems much easier because their specs are so much more distinct compared to what other classes have.
With some classes, each spec has a very different theme. As a paladin I think I can switch between specs and they all make sense; I feel the same for most of the hybrids like druid or shaman; you just focus on a specific task at a time (though I can see people building e.g. a Balance or Resto druid as a Wildkin or Ancient character). But I have different mage characters for each spec; I will say the Hero Talents do let you create a dual Arcane/Fire or Fire/Frost mage that stays in theme even when they switch specs. Similarly while I find Destro and Demo close in theme, Affliction really feels like a different class.

Well going from Alpha to Beta does assume being feature complete so you have a point there. Even though it is more a marketing term than anything at this point.
the ingame cash shop got a new ui and look...
