I think M'uru just permanently sacrificed it(?)self.
So far it is interesting that with the Vanguard, the Quel'Danas storyline is almost as if the opening to Legion happened AFTER the actual Broken Isles questline.
The story has definitely started falling into place for me, especially when the explanation for Turalyons personality change came in the book. Probably should have been part of the game, if not the actual Midnight prologue, but hey. At least it's there. Doesnt necessarily explain away why Arator is acting like the new kid on the block when he acted at the minimum like a mid-teens teenager during Legion, but I am willing to look past that seeing as the story is seemingly taking some interesting turns.
The world revamp dream will never die!
Shandris is likely the most pro high/blood elf around given she apperantly went all the way over to help them during the troll wars. Throw in her forgiving the forsaken of all people and only being upset with them because of a spirit in the emerald dream she’s primed to help with no issue.
Evil only wins when it spreads. It can cause destruction, it can cause death—but those are consequences of its nature, not its victory. Not its goal. The danger of evil, the purpose of evil, is that it causes those who would oppose it to become evil also.

Darkwell story having a better outcome even if the Renilash and Metzens framing still is in question. At least we now know the likely reason for the Pantheons return now.
Honestly, even if it is weird the Dawnwell thing happens after this is far better outcome than previously assumed so I take it.

Well, at least Ian's teeing everyone up to be pissed will result in some pleasant surprises from the fanbase when things go horribly wrong (Devouring Host getting slurped) instead of the Carebear Countdown people were expecting.

I really doubt Renilash is anything going on in TWS because it's so attached to the Arathi- who are clearly getting their own big arc down the road. It's going to end up being something related to Azshara or Denathrius.
Or they see the rest of Azeroth as the "darkness" and Renilash is actually the Arathi Empire (Light) attacking us (Shadow).

I think the general idea is that the Light overhyped Renilash by a ton.

Honestly, if Renilash isn't tied to the Light and Shadow clash in Midnight, then it'll likely involve Azshara. I imagine she'll end up ruling over the Void, since they seem to be lacking a dominant power post-Dimensius and post-Xal'atath.
Personally i don't mind a Void Elven embassy in Silvermoon. It's an embassy, it's kinda in the definition that it is an outside player having a place. Considering the events it seems logical, doesn't mean that Silvermoon is neutral or similar nonsense.
In return could we have a bit edgier Blood Elves back blizz? Thanks!
So Final Cash =/= Renilash, either way. I am looking forward to them confirming what should have been possibly one of the most impactful hype rebuilding for this franchise literally was curving it with Voidstorm, Voidspire and then the Quel'danas raid. Again, I am so used to Ion deconfirming and popping balloons for lore fans so if the Final Clash was at Quel'danas then well I think Ion has done the big one because I don't see how budget exists if this is their version of what Metzen said.
I am sorry but raising the stakes does not work if you don't put budget into it.

Spending Rennilash on a story not involving the Arathi, one of the better new world building societies they've made for a change, would be criminal.
Hell, there's a very real possibility it's like the Rapture and may not even happen for sure, which is part of the conflict with the empire.

It's just a cooler way of Xal getting to the Worldsoul than using the roots of an Danuserslop OC world tree and ambiguous boring old god juice. The final battle is at the worldsoul and not the Sunwell despite the latter being much cooler.
Also: there will never be a "final clash" with the Void because it's a live service game. Regardless of what devs say.

I mean, yes. But like.. We've been here before, they don't have any resources and again I don't know. I find it funny they keep trying this but got nothing to actually do consequential storytelling but they keep flirting with it as if they are masters at this when they ain't got no knowledge on this matter.

So it's coming March 2nd... or February 3rd, not sure. American dates are weird.
