Damn.
I'm not a housing player, but I'm VERY impressed with the implementation of the system.
It's a true time killer.
Good job Blizzard.

I did not think I would be into housing at all but I was wrong. This is actually so fun. I'm also enjoying going back to older zones and buying decor lol
@Darkarath beat me by a minute![]()

Is housing tied to the player camera at all times? Because I'm trying to get stuff on top of my house and it's very difficult to see from the limits I can zoom out.

Also- turns out that the first 4 housing exteriors are directly linked to the top 4 most-played races. Not really a huge surprise but I thought it was interesting that Orc ended up being the 4th.
Do we think they are just going to go down the line? Or link up exteriors to patch/expansion themes?

Velf housing would make a lot of sense this expansion as would Troll and maaaaybe Undead.

humans and orcs are the default designs of the setting. So i wouldn't read too much into seeing them appear. Like the first warfront armor was also humans and orcs.
Belves made sense with the upcoming expansion. Nelf,... i guess the human style can covere a lot for the alliance. Gnomes, Dwarves, Humans, Worgen, all work with the human style. So that leaves only night elves and draenei. And with Bel'ameth recently i see why nelf instead of draenei. Though, i wouldn't be surprised if we soon see some more draenei stuff.

That's just silly.

It's the issue of "if everything is at 11, nothing stands out."
If every single celestial body that we can see has life or importance or, as is inevitable with Blizzard writing, some absolutely insane universe changing factor that comes out of nowhere, nothing feels special anymore.
Sometimes a big rock is just a rock. The greater powers around it, like Elune or any adjacent factors, don't need to be represented by something literally, physically there or something as fleshed out as a zone.
Rule of Cool is great, but when everything is cool, nothing is. Just like how big bombastic setpieces in anything coherent usually need some kind of cool down for pacing. Otherwise you get Bayformers where it's headache inducing and the equivalent of having keys jangled in your face.
FF14's moon plot had very specific factors baked into it with regards to Zodiark, in addition to really being an excuse for a giant FF4 reference. And even then we didn't spend anywhere near as much time there as marketing was hinting. Even the Ultima Thule planetary stuff was more soul crushing melancholy about how we were stepping all over the ruins of countless civilizations plowed through by a combination of ennui and existential dread. It wasn't cosmic exploration for the sake of itself.
The moon suddenly being important because it's there is silly. Elune is arguably more significant and mystical and interesting if she's connected to something ineffable and seemingly unimportant.

Expect a hefty build today, folks

They've kinda already started that with Sunwalker Dzeco. Elune isn't just about Night Elves.
My prediction still stands that next saga is a very goddess themed expansion, pretty much WoW's equivalent of Dawntrail where the story suddenly takes a very slow pace learning about An'She.
Zanadalari's loa worships An'She. Haranir follow the same teachings as the Tauren so already you've got a plot involving Tauren, Night Elves, Trolls and Haranir.
Travelling to the moon however, there's literally no reason to. I mean for starters Elune abandoned the Night Warrior.
It's also a very convenient time to bring back Azshara given what the background is probably acting as the main antagonist.

Finished 11.2.7 questline.
Enjoyed it. Especially the Sylvanas part. I think that Blizzard portrayed her decently enough. Although I think that she says at one point: ''I do no regret the choices that I made''. This sentence could be taken in many ways, some contradictory with Sylvanas' previous statements.
I would especially like these quests with Sylvanas IF she doesn't appear at all in the rest of the WSS. Or at least not in Midnight. What's the point of saying to Arator: ''Grow a pair and become a Windrunner'', if in the end mummy Sylvanas will come to our aid.
I liked Arator but I hope that the fact that he only sees the good in people is intended. Him talking about how Sylvanas cares and sacrificed much to protect what she cared about, knowing the bitch that Sylvanas is and what she has done, is totally out of place.
Also very cool cinematic. Xal'athat looks like a lunatic. I guess that the Dark Heart is done for good. So there goes my theory of her collecting the main Cosmic Forces.
