Tbh I think remix would be a lot more fun if they leaned more into the diablo styling of it, adding a bunch of legendaries and focusing on content for 1-5 players
It's really fun getting see classes with the absurd amount of secondary stats you get in remix, like demon hunters with 100% crit (which allows u to get an extra talent point from looks can kill) or a ww with 100% haste and all th caster with innate casting while moving
For lemix I think it would have been awesome too if they used the delve style of "tier scaling" for the legion invasions to have something roughly equivalent to d3 rifts

Yeah, remix is in a weird spot where it's partly trying to be a fun arpg take on wow while also trying to be this collectathon
Mop remix also established an absolutely massive power peak as a standard for remix where people expect to basically just one shot everything and collect cosmetics
But I personally really liked soloing m+ and shit when I actually had a chance of dying in it and had to think about what I was doing, though I think I had a somewhat less common lemix expierence because I hit 740 ilvl with only like 60 vers or something because I got so much of my ilvl from questing, so I was super powerful damage wise due to having crazy stats but didn't have close to fully capped vers DR.
so I could still kill many mobs just a few seconds slower than I would if I had that extra ~100 vers but I'd also actually have to think about what I was doing to not die.
It made the whole experience really fun and engaging

A collectathon has you actually searching for things. It doesn't just put everything in a vendor. And an ARPG usually has some challenge or has massive continuous pulls; the former is just not true in Remix unless you really go for high M+, the latter just doesn't exist in WoW by design. Remix is a failed design that just survives on good content behind the abysmal gameplay and the fact that a fairly significant number of WoW players are just collectors.
Do you guy think that the guy that designed Arator watches Darts?

That is what they indeed put ingame as short TWW questchain?
Like come on, replacing Moira with Thrall, putting Horde presence ingame retroactively? Like omegalul. Did they just forgot story of current expansion already? I thought at least 2 must come out to be the case.

Eitrigg's new in game title is 'Sons of Lothar'. And he's literally the chieftain of the Blackrock Clan. Let that sink in for a second. Think about which title they decided to use for him in game. There is no Horde anymore. It's the Blue Alliance and the Red Alliance now, which also explains why there are no differences between these characters

Just to inject some life into the thread for a bit. What were people's favorite and least favorite patch or piece of content. What part of the expansion (besides maybe obvious ones like launch) do you look back at most fondly?
For me it would have to be the Nightfall patch for least favorite, as it really didnt offer anything besides some decent transmog options from Nightfall. And Dastardly Duos which were a complete failure when it came to being anything remotely interesting.
For favorite patch, probably Siren Isle. Reused content or not, it was nice to have good non-flying outdoor content again. And it had just enough variety to feel meaty, even if most of it was reused.
The world revamp dream will never die!

Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.

Also good that every raid had a mythic mount this time (well, same as dragonflight tbf).
Gally Mythic was the weakest final boss I played since Shadowlands though, really not a fan of that encounter neither as dps nor as a heal, and I played bombs.
Dastardly Duos was flatout baaaaaaaaad.
The car in Undermine was also super bad.
Also not a fan of ?? Kyvezza, but I get that some people had fun with her.
If you count Housing and the flight changes as part of TWW, than that's also a big plus point for both.

Siren Isle was actually fun yee, felt like a weaker timeless isle for a shorter patch.
A highlight of the last two expansions has been that even the dead weight patches don't matter as much as they just don't have a lifespan and there's no expectation they will. Nightfall for example I objectively agree is the worst one, most everything in it (save some lore tidbits I suppose) was pretty disposable. But I can't muster the dislike I have for say, Escalation, Chains of Domination or the selfie cam patch, as it was neither after or leading up to a major draught.
In this respect, I'm also more forgiving of a final patch that's quite barebones by the standards of others, i.e K'aresh. Undermine is probably a bit more complete package, it doesn't have any pointless ancilliaries (e.g. Untethered Space lol). The raid was entertaining, the zone story and side stories, given the obvius restraints was some of their best work without being sanitized the way Undermine's ending undermine itself and its accompanying mini-novella worked well to develop it. I didn't spend a huge amount of time on it, but I enjoyed the vast majority of it. The raid might be doing a lot of heavy lifting to down my opinion of Undermined, the tuning of LoU was weird all around, even as someone who hasn't done mythic in like three expansions.
