I think by timeline, this means we are about two weeks from it going on the PTR? I don't know, the timing for this patch and how it works with Blizzcon is so messy.

Also the fact that people are complaining about lack of news in the expansion with the most frequent releases in the history of WoW is just sad. More telling about what community we have left here than the game tbh.

MMO-Champion isn't really representative of the fanbase. It has a very small amount of people here.

so far content and story in dragonflight have been dripfed. doesn't matter if we got x number of patches, right now there isn't much to do and the plot hasn't moved much either. people want to know about 10.2 for this reason. we expect/hope for this next patch to be the turning point of the expansion.

So far, we know next week is ICC testing for WotLK PTR, that’s it. So, good week for it! Could also be following week right after 10.1.7. Regardless, week or two away!

I think that the info dump is definitively next week. Then when 10.1.7 goes live 10.2's PTR starts. It is so close now !!

Actually, I believe that 10.1's encrypted build was on 07/03/2023, and the info dump was the next day!!

If they actually do all paladins and all druids this expansion, but without unique lore and druidic forms/paladin mounts for the new races, it will be the shittiest thing to come out of this expansion. What a waste.

New shamans just being ex-Primalists would be bad enough.

If Shamans don't get anything new this xpac then no one can convince blizzard just doesn't give a shit about them.

Friday news is very rare, but not impossible. I don’t want to HYPE anyone up unintentionally, so regardless of “when” we get the announcement, having this “build” show up is a good sign in the right direction.

Remember, for reference, 10.1 went on the “battle.net catalog” the day BEFORE (March 7th) it was dropped “unannounced” prior to the announcement on March 8th. This was when we had TWO PTRs up at the same time for the first time (10.0.7/10.1).

No sacrifices should have happened and none should happen in the future. DF's content cadence is the minimum in the current market for WoW. I love it and I definitively believe that would continue in 11.0. In 12.0... we will talk when we reach that point.

Blizzard is doing a great work IMO with DF, although if we do not have a 10.3 I would certainly feel scammed.
