Wow, if only this first week of the pre-patch could be held to the high standard of other pre-patches. Like previous ones where classes don't work properly. Or classes are tuned wrong. Or features need more polish. Or items are missing from the dungeon journal.

Honestly. This is pretty much on par with all previous pre-patches. I really don't get why people are treating this as if it's some anomaly of WoW history. (oh no, wait. People just love to complain, I forgot)
The world revamp dream will never die!

Well Cheezits, my radars are blaring that they're going to announce TLT at Blizzcon and cut 12.2.5/12.2.7 with 12.2.5 becoming Pre-Patch for TLT. Absolutely I think its interesting that the Gladiator mount exists so maybe the Warcraft Team has said "enough is enough" (they are unionized, but like lol). I am desperately trying to find positives and when the only positive is this gladiator mount and the fact the Roadmap may be a surprise revert of this stupidity. But even if the Roadmap reverts I think thats absolute delusion at this point.

I just am not confident anymore that there's any sort of human element anymore and instead its just that they really want their grubby hands over a super accelerated Retail with a Box Set Classic+ per Year. The earlier Blizzcon while it may be a scheduling issue with the Convention Center there is also the other side to it that placing the Blizzcon 6 months after Midnight does give them leeway to draw their daggers once again like Blizzcon 2023.

I can see them hitting that April 2027 if they are unhinged, but like always I do want them to take these two expansions seriously because while WoD was Lost Potential nuking both Midnight and The Last Titan without any sort of fan related victories aka "taking on financial losses for long term gains" it will have to be a very hard reset like Blizzcon 2023 again with a new Saga possibly to do this once again. By that point its' going to be very hard to not play the game solely for the Gameplay side and the Intellectual Property side isn't just a bunch of TV static for the entire community.

Can we honestly, truthfully enter a conversation with legitimate thought instead of immediate doomerism? What is the benefit to anyone at Blizzard, corporate number guys and big wigs included, to continue diminishing their product? There is no world where they cut even further than they have.

I think you're extremely unhappy with the state of the game at the moment, and that's well okay, but you're drawing insane conclusions... for what? There is zero indication towards any of these ripcords or bailouts that you're implying, let alone cutting minor patches.

I'm really sorry that you're upset with the state the games in right now, I understand that the disappointment can be hard to get over, but please root them in reality.

Well, he is a guy who in the past stated multiple times that he cannot wait for WoW to crash and burn. He does what he did before, only now pretends to be more balanced and civil. It's only same handfull of peeps who are doing their usual dooming and hating. All you need to do is to realize that they have zero influence over your personal enjoyment of the game.

I wouldn't say it's an anomaly, but I do think it's a prepatch where more things are removed (transmogs though that has a late fix, combat addons, class spells) than they are given, which I can't remember for BFA, SL, DF or TWW. Its definitely amplified with negative sentiment brought upon by post-Undermine content shittiness.

Legion had the massive reworks for prepatch and WOD had characters forcibly changed. But it's been a while since a prepatch like that.

I feel like all Pre-patch have been kind of a mess, so its' quite par for the course isn't it? I don't think it has anything to do with people being upset over the update schedule being "too fast". (Even then I don't really have any complaints about the 8 week cadence beyond the whole "Third Major Patch" issue)

Honestly out of all the criticism the "pre-patch is a mess" is kind of a given with pre-patches for this game. So to me thats' quite a weak point.

Yeaaaaa, I know, but it just boggles my mind. It's a funny microcosm of the internet in this day and age.

I am completely in support of being critical of the game, as I can be at times, but at the end of the day, unless we're given recognizable signs of the game and company in a complete nose dive, their sort of rageposting is insane to me.

I was replying to Cheesitz, so I have no idea why you even made the decision to reply with your assumptions. Just seems a bit overkill honestly, its' a speculation thread.

The datamining showing signs of 4 seasons isn't any indication that there will be a fourth fleshed out season instead of what we got in Shadowlands and Dragonflight. I'm taking this with a grain of salt thinking it might just be a sign that we will probably not get a Remix this time.

Well, for some peeps speculating is constantly dooming about WoW. But hey, at least they can always say that they love this game and defo want it to succeed.

I think they will do another Remix, but which one is definitely the question that I am not sure on at this point. I don't know, yeah I do think the Glad Mount Icon stuff is probably not signs of anything but I don't know I take it even if unfortunately its' very likely nothing.

I don't expect the fourth season to be more than a Awakened season, BUT I do think it's odd that they are all colored after very distinct things that could be their own seasons. Namely void (confirmed), poison (leaked), fire, and Xal (purple and gold). Maybe it's also a cheeky reference to Shadowlands which also had a purple and gold fourth season mount.

Four glad mount models being in very early on (TWW had 3 until the third one was changed) plus there being four manawyrms that match them very closely is suspicious to me.

Does make me theorize what the upcoming patches could be:

    12.1: Atal'Utek
12.2: Plaguelands Revamp (I don't see Avaloren happening til post TLT, though if it is a Midnight or TLT patch zone, I'll be surprised).
Maybe 12.3?: Light Vs Shadow at the Worldcore

    Maybe I'm wrong though lol

I don't know, do we see Plaguelands Revamp as a potential Minor Patch update? I honestly have kept being confused about whether to take the Stratholme "hint" as Midnight/TLT or Beyond. If Atal'Utek is 12.1 and if schedule didn't change and 12.2 is Light vs Shadow at the Worldcore. I honestly feel like if the revamp goal is 2-3 zones per Expansion? It does seem like they may utilize minor patches as a way to do that?

The video was really strange too with the random Stonetalon callout, but yeah I do think they're going to do something over time or at some point maybe next Saga?

Again, something to me feels amiss like either we're getting "more" or they intend to do something Plaguelands related in Minor patches or the Stratholme "hint" was for the next Saga.

I think the main suspicious one is the white and orange one which I THINK is supposed to represent Fire/Flame. It's specifically orange and not generally light (there IS a light manawyrm but it's the s1 delve nightmare mount). Green links up perfectly for Ula'teks poison stuff and the Xal colored one can happen whenever, especially if she is fought in Midnight and not TLT.

    https://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/scree...al/1242686.jpg

    also compare https://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/scree...al/1242689.jpg to https://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/scree...al/1246401.jpg

The only relevant link we really have for flames are Stratholme, and the flame temple legend, and that may be too odd of a pull for most players who did not read the book from a very unpopular patch. But maybe the two are directly linked.

If it's only three seasons and an awakened season, maybe the reasoning a seasonal mount is Xal colored is that her raid is held in a Light-themed location with Xal as the final boss. Or it's like Midnight launch and both are instances but separate.

Yeah, probably Plaguelands related then, unless we're to assume it's elemental based or Worldcore based.

Yep, this build was adding onto and editing a lot of the music files (as I speculated). Next build is probably the big one for music.
But for some reason the small high elve area in the south has its music already playing in the beta.

Edit: its actually old well of eternity music

Random wish, but I hope to see the Well of Eternity as an M+ dungeon at some point. It is, by far, one of the coolest instances of all time. It's a shame they scrapped the Well of Eternity raid.
