There was a reddit thread from journalist who interviewed WoW devs https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comment...jay_hwang_and/ he said this "I'll also take this opportunity to warn people ordering the Collector edition of the game : the artbook features what is very likely to be a spoiler for 12.1 - those knowing about [shhhhhhhhh] know what I'm talking about."
Does anyone know what is he referring at?

Evil only wins when it spreads. It can cause destruction, it can cause death—but those are consequences of its nature, not its victory. Not its goal. The danger of evil, the purpose of evil, is that it causes those who would oppose it to become evil also.

I saw a nice picture of Zul'jan with a void covered hand posted by Portergauge the other day. Unsure if that's the art shown in the book but it would fit the supposed spoiler.
I assume it's something more overt than that.

I don't know, I guess I have to look through the CE when it arrives cause I don't think that's it. Its shadowy not voidish. But, maybe someone can unvaguepost and get it over with before that point.
I no longer reply to quotations beyond if you're asking a genuine question or have a non-confrontational stance.

Sargeras is going to be the last titan and the rest of the Pantheon will die.
12.0.5/12.0.7 - Isle of Fangs
12.1 - Lordaeron and Undercity.

The spoiler art is just official confirmation of Atal'utek on a map, nothing crazy.
I know some people want Forest Trolls in 12.1. But given the we're dealing with a massive snake, it might be a good opportunity to introduce a playable Sethrak variant.

I think if we got a big troll patch that finally had updated forest troll models and the allied race they gave was Sethrak, there'd be a big group of people running around bonking their head with a giant rubber mallet while birds flew circles around the ever-enlarging bald bump on the crown of their head. I'd be one of those people.

Sethrak lore would be fun and explain who the enemy force is to fight, and there's also the Zandalari and Bwonsamdi likely showing up to connect to it.
But an AR is going to be Amani if anything, can't see a reason for the AR-style female redesign otherwise (keeping the women the same as darkspear would've caused a scandal).

Yeah Sethrak aren't ever happening. Even though I'd love to play a Sethrak Priest or Paladin. I'm not hyping myself up again because you can count on Blizzard being lazy as fuck when it comes to player expression.
