He didn't slip up, their bear form IS a Pangolin, they just designed them to be furry for some reason.
It's the cat form that's the Wolverine.

They even introduce their forms as such in the Haranir Overview.

On top of that you have the Nethersent Draenei and the pvp area there for max level content. So in that case, gameplay carries the zone. Zul Aman on the other hand is a really nice zone but barely has any relevant gameplay to it besides the level up campaign and a few cute side quests, aswell as the initial cuteness of the loa every time they appear for the first time.
I think it's also sufficiently different that it doesn't just feel like a redo of K'aresh.

That's not true. It was my favourite zone in Cata. Sadly, there wasn't much reason to go after the campaign.

I loved Vashir. I loved the water delves. Its entirely possible to make a good underwater zone in this day and age anyway.
The underwater delves just got boring with the water removed.

The tank isn't a Pangolin either. It has the pangolin tail & that's about it. They definitely had a little pangolin inspiration but it was wild to call this bat/badger/porcupine bear form a Pango.

Thought I think making up for the comment is the reason they gave us a full hour Pangolin transformation toy in Midnight. It also works over your bear form. So you can be a real pangolin if you want. Although i'm not sure why if the Pango is a reskin, the pango doesn't have a proper jumping animation like the bear form.

Pretty sure the pango will be the bear form of Amani druid, just to get something spicy and different instead instead of the boring usual bear.
    Halazzi for feral
    Humanoid Jan'alai for moonkin
    Akil’zon for flight
Kulzi for bear, if not then tree form
    Nalorakk for bear
    Filo for travel or aquatic
    Dundun for travel or aquatic

There's 2 chapters there. They probably don't want to spoil it for those who haven't seen the achievement in the beta.

    In case you're curious

Yeah story chapters for after you hit 90, there are supposed to be six and two are just gone for some reason.

Cause those are post-Voidspire events. Dunno if they will be available once the Voidspire raid unlocks, or once the Quel'danas raid unlocks.

They set up the Light as this force that's also corruptible in very high doses (see Lightbloom and the Lightblinded), and then clap it into submission, so it isn't an imminent threat, which prompts Paladins/Priests to explore the Light in new ways, possibly leading to the First Flame. So you have established "Pure Light" as a potentially malevolent force an removing Priests and Paladins from this "Cosmic Light"

At least that's my wild assumption based on nothing but vibes.

They regularly do that, I remember DF, also had a few chapters ommitted from that screen, most prominently the ones about Amirdrassil.

Necromancy is anyway in an interesting space. Since the introduciton of Exile's Reach final encounter, necromancy has reacted its head here and there. Most notably with the Kobyss of course.

But i wonder, if this is all a setup for TLT. With the helm of domination gone, stronger undead have become warlords among the scourge. Perhaps a new group of evil undead spread their necromancy around the world. More subtle. Like the San'layn or some Liches. To give us a new scourge to make sense that undead are still around after all the time the argent crusade, ebon blade and Lich King Bolvar were around, without getting the undead under controll or eliminated. Could also tie into the forsaken story once more to give them new people.

It doesn't mean that the light will be completely absent later. It'll just be represented by Liadrin and probably Arator instead of all the ass paladins. Also, the Light VS Dark stuff will probably be a morale thing and not a cosmic energy thing.

That's what I'm thinking. Maybe Faerin/the Expedition Arathi helping Light users find a different Light outlet, probably connecting to the Temple of the First Flame.

Yeah. It could also be, where the Sunwalkers come in, with their almost druidic approach to the Light (if that thing about Tauren Paladins/An'she playing some kind of role in TLT holds true)

Amani have literal bear loa as one of their major loas. There is no way the hypothetical Amani Druid bear form is not a bear modeled after Nalorakk.

Kulzi is the loa of medicine. It would make more sense to use him as the Restoration Incarnation form instead of bear form replacement.

Yeah they created a more bear-like (and cat-like) dinosaur for zandalari so they wouldn't have to make new animations for their more obvious druid forms (triceratops/Torcalli for guardian and raptor/Gonk for cat). Amani have every reason to use an existing bear loa as their form. New animations take effort.

yeah, amani have the perfect loa combinations for druids:
Bear Loa of War = guardian form
Lynx Loa of the Hunt = feral form
Dragonhawk Loa of Magic = balance form
Eagel Loa of Victory = flight form

They even have a mammoth loa for their travel form and a shark/threshadon loa for their swim form.

For me its because a lot of people who dont even like the Horde are given a race that becomes more popular than orcs, Tauren & troll combined, so you've got a lot of these samesie people coming to Horde all wanting the same prettiness
