not long ago they datamined the bundles for the new expansion. 11.0 was never in doubt. people just wonder how fun/good it's going to be

Hearthstone is probably on its way out, but the pricing for the tickets + very late reveal of Metzen definitely has the most to do with the unsold tickets. Kind of crazy that they took this long to say Metzen would be there.
