It's Dwarves.
Whatever happens, titan history will be involved.
Which means Iridikron wouldn't be to far behind.

The rare, thought to be extinct Dwarf W.
Dickmann's Law: As a discussion on the Lore forums becomes longer, the probability of the topic derailing to become about Sylvanas approaches 1.
Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.
Friendly reminder that these are the speculated "ingredients" of the expansion that we know of so far:
- The Void is returning in full force, with Queen Azshara, Iridikron, and the Harbinger. They're reclaiming something, waking something up, and might have enslaved some people working deep below the ground.
- Thrall, the World Shaman, is going to be significant.
- The Earthen of Khaz Algar, who are probably Storm Riders that wield mighty hammers and ride gryphons through storms. Additionally, they are far away from Northrend and the Eastern Kingdoms but were still afflicted by a condition similar to the Curse of Flesh.
I really think "storm" is the connective tissue, here.
Dragonflight has a lot of elemental shit because of the Primalists. I would hate an expansion based around elementals right after Dragonflight.
I also really dislike Green Jesus, so uh...
Also; would they really make a gryphon the expansion mount? I feel like almost no one uses them. It's probably mostly just new players that don't have any other mounts and roleplayers.
Dwarves are my most played race after orcs and some dwarf themed stronghold raid sounds very cool..
I just hope and hoped before this new "leak" that whole start of expansion won't be undeground because we might be going now to completely other side of azeroth and we just spend most of the time underground? Bleh and boring.

What i can see happening is Avaloren as the main continent and Khaz Algar being the new Suramar.
The zone just ends into a giant fissure that extends a lot further down, and the city itself is built into the walls.
Like Thor Modan, just 10 times as big.
While the rest of the continent is above ground, as normal.

World of Warcraft: Riders on the Storm
Well, 40 pages later, here we are, that's it then.. the "Other Side of Azeroth"...
I'm not hyped, but I'm too tired to write a post about it. I'm not going to waste my time anymore.
My best regards to everyone who joined #TeamWorldRevamp. I love you all. I'll miss that sweet copium in the next couple of years.
Also i hope this character won't appear in next expansion if it's dwarven themed.. Or at least until the VA is changed.
Ok so the next expansion is pretty much confirmed to be heavily dwarf/storm related and Khaz Algar being the main hub/zone or whatever
tbh when I started my adventure with wow - the lack of ( air-dogfights from warcraft 3) was a huge disappointment. I saw this loading screens (with the griffin rider) many many times and I was 100% convinced that something like this exists in world of warcraft.
I wouldn't lose hope... I have a theory.
Dragonriding is going to be a main stay in WoW going forward, a lot of players have gotten used to the controls and how dragonriding works, but they would love it to be used outside of the Dragon Isles in places like Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms. So who better to teach us how to fully ride mounts in such a way than the Wildhammer Dwarves and the (now reformed) Dragonmaw Clan (the Wind Riders also work as well).
The griffon mount and Stormrider Stormhammers is meant to be a hint towards Active Flying in old zones since both items are in correlation to Falstad, the leader of the Wildhammer Clan.
The World Revamp dream isn't dead.
Now I really hope they separate the Wildhammer customization options from Bronzebeard dwarves and make them their own allied race finally. Imagine how cool their racial abilities would be. I could see something like this:
Actives:
Stormhammer
Toss your hammer at an enemy target, dealing x damage to enemies in its path, before returning to you. Damages a second time on the return path. Can be cast while mounted, including flying mounts.
45 second cooldown
Airlift
Call down your bonded gryphon, returning you to the nearest flight path. Works in all content.
5 min cooldown
Passives:
One with the Storm
1% of Nature damage heals you instead.
Master of the Aerie
Thrill of the Skies, Ground Skimming, and Swift Skimming generate vigor 25% faster when riding gryphons.
