He is WoW’s premiere shaman character. The very character the Shaman class is based on. How is he not related to the elements?

He's also Thrall, the most impoortant orc, an important character. It could just as easily be "Thrall's Summer Vacation" or my dream expansion of "Revitalising/Rebuilding Outland" which both have nothing to do with elementals but absolutely have a lot to do with Thrall

Or, y'know. Warcraft 3 revamped (again) with a bonus campaign that brings some WoW stuff into it. I dunno. But it doesn't scream 'this is elemental'

Deathwing is in the background. Dragonflight would have been announced at that event.

Me too. That mount right there was added in 9.2, in encrypted form. I can go into why I believe it is the same mount if you want, but that gets rather technical.

Khaz'Algar is most likely one zone of the new continent so it won't all be dwarf centric but they may play a prominent role akin to the Nightborne presence being the capstone zone in Legion.

Then there is Captain Nightsquall with his pirate fleet as another side enemy.

No, we're talking about the same thing, that's what I've been trying to tell you. The mount in the BlizzCon image was added in 9.2 (Nov 2021), roughly the same time as the pre-order rewards for 10.0 and as such can not realistically be an indication of what 11.0 is going to be.

World Soul:
-Avaloren is the "Bermuda Triangle" of Azeroth.
-Each zone has a surface half and an underground half. Underground is not like Zaralek, there are many different biomes like Journey to the Center of the Earth.
-Player housing ONLY in Avaloren. Different professions make different furniture and decorations via work order system.
-Some classes get new support specs like Bard Rogue and Gladiator Warrior, which uses shouts and banners to "hype up the crowd (raid)."
-Pre-order bonus unlocks all classes for dracthyr in future patch (10.2.7) except DK and DH. They start in Exile's Reach.
-Undermine Dungeon with Gallywix is in the pre-expansion event.
-Besides Algar dwarves there's a human kingdom with similar origins.
-There's also a race of ant people called myrmid/myrmin (not sure of the spelling). There are good black ants we ally with and evil fire ants who are the first raid.

That's all I know. Can't say how for obvious reasons.

Quotation needed for what? That BlizzCon 2021 was cancelled because of COVID? That's common knowledge. That's why Dragonflight was announced AND released in 2022.

And yes Gul'dan was a big part of WoD. That doesn't change the fact that he was also a key component of Legion, which is why he was on the key art prior to it's announcement at Gamescon.

That's the cycle of all expansions. Dragonflight was released in November 2022, and we're going to get a new expansion announcement less than a year after its release. The exact same thing would have happened to Shadowlands if not for COVID.

Yeah I double checked and you're correct. No Key art for late 2021 or 2022. So yeah COVID disrupted that one.
