Even if they expand some previous known place into continent, stuff we imagined ends up like 1 or 2 zone. Outland - we imagined something like Hellfire or Shadowmoon, Northrend - Dragonblight and Icecrown, Broken Isles - Broken Shore and Azsuna. Rest is just invented stuff that could end up in literally every expansion.
Personally I like that Argus was final zone, cause it would felt a lot less threatening as expac continent (even as zone they managed to invent survivors who stayed there 25K years xD). Maw should be similar and I think it would be a lot more popular that way - we would get small glimpse during intro, then 9.0/S1 focused on 4 SL zones, then 9.1 in Zereth Mortis, then finale in Maw. Instead we spend 2/3 of expac in gloomy place.
Which is really just your headcanon, not anything actually in the lore. Sure, they could do that. But they also could claim that Khaz Algar is a sky island or is the old name of Undermine. That's not a useful line of thought. For now, there's no meaningful connection between Avaloren and Khaz Algar.
Unless when that happened they changed the name from Khaz Algar to Algaria. Or, which for warcraft is entirely likely, the two places are adjacent & the settlers of Avaloren & the settlers of Khaz Algar are at war with each other.I think Blizzard ham-handedly inserting location names for the next expansion is a pretty meaningful connection. Given their track record. And I directly stated it was just my own personal theory for 11.0

It’s funny you say that because weren’t you saying Thrall = light invasion?
Thrall doesn’t point away from a void expansion, if it’s a threat to the world and/or horde he very well could be involved. He was involved in the N’zoth storyline w/ the visions after all, but you conveniently ignore that.
I didn't hate the Dragonscale Expedition, it just felt so much smaller the moment we left the Waking Shores introduction class.
If we're going in the direction of no faction wars, then allow the factions to collaborate on larger issues in a far more grand scale. Keep skirmishes happening for tensions to be present. I assume wherever we go next we'll need a military force, so that will hopefully solve that issue.
Also "jump for ground mounts changed" is so baffling that I don't think anyone could make that up. Like what does that mean?
Do they get a velocity jump like dragonriding jumps?
You mean like the various void related enemies, like the K’thir that we don’t know much about?
Or the datamined Eco Dome stuff, given that the Ethereal story is directly tied to the void?
It would make sense for that to be in the files if they’re going to be a playable race for preorder.
If we datamined the Dread Raven mount today, NOBODY would reasonably expect the next expansion to have us time travel to an alternate timeline Draenor and fight an alternate Grommash who didn’t drink the Fel blood because Garrosh also time traveled to stop him from drinking it & get him to invade Azeroth.
