I like the website "leak". Not that I think it's real, because it looks like the dwarf is using vanilla gear and the background looks like some edit of the Dragon Isles artwork we've see in Dragonflight.

But it's a pretty original idea to have it look as if though the front-end team is checking the responsiveness of the site before it goes live.

It also lets us dream a little, since it looks a bit like the marketing material we'll be drooling over for the next few months before Beta.

Raids are no longer most important thing to do in WoW, they are one of rides in theme park. So devs decided it's better to spend resources on 2nd big zone than 4th raid since they can rehash raids for 4th season anyway. Like it or not, it's change of design, not providing less content.

For example, if DF was structured exactly like Legion, 10.1 would be new quests on Dragon Isles, 10.1.5 second raid, 10.2 Forbidden Reach, 10.2.5 3rd raid, 10.3 Zaralek or Dream, 10.3.5 4th raid.

It's like looking at Dragon Isles and saying "oh, it has 4 zones, it must be smallest continent ever made", while it's exactly opposite.

Thought you don't want desert zone in Avaloren xD.
I’d not be averse to one but I would find it slightly off geographically if Avaloren is Avalon/Camelot themed. My preference would be Camelot/evil swamp/Gaelic highlands/khaz Algar/hollow earth style zone.

Those Dwarves are right up my street though.

Agg'orand is land. Agg'ora is the race.

But defense is right. It's definitely a fake.

Crag Is also not how I'd expect it to be spelled in the US

Its fake for sure, people fall so easily for fakes that countains their wish lists.

For all the people harping on how "it doesn't have enough patches!".

Did you guys even look at most .1 patches?

Most of them add a raid and that's it. No new zone and barely any content.

While I agree that "defence"/"defense" might be suspicious (but still can be an oversight from the guy making the text and will be fixed before release), crag is the correct way to spell it in wow (Windshear crag is an example)

The computer doesn't have a space button.

Not completely sold on it being real, but there's no inconsistency there because they're referring to different things. A zone called Agg'orand, inhabited by the Agg'ora. And his background does look a lot like northern Gorgrond, but I can't see it for the Dwarf (not that I can make out too many details in that part with this quality).

It has one, the lighting makes it a bit hard to see black on black but it is there.

The landscape behind the Goliath feels very WoW like too. Of note and could explain a similarity to Ogres is that Aggramar did create Grond which lead to creatures that evolved into the Draenor Ogres and Orcs. So at the least their plateau being named after Aggramar makes sense, but this requires Aggramar to know what came of the being he left to defeat the Botani on Draenor and to create something similar.

    It may be.

I tend to see it written as either Craeg or cragg. More archaic versions, which account for most differences between America and European English differences

Why would Aggramar need to know what the beings he left on Draenor became to create something similar ? If he uses the same "recipe" to create them, they will look similar, even if he does not know what it would become.

I don't really get this take, considering both Major Patches for this expansion had the developers not really develop anything that spiked out on the creativity charts indicating that they are holding back or have been working on expansion features instead for the next expansion. (At least thats' the belief because the resources have to have gone somewhere.)

This expansion really was the most blatant at copy & paste development with their production pipeline so far with no divertion or surprises beyond the fact the Game Files for 10.2 being similar to 9.2 indicating its time to "Cut & Run guys, come on defend this again in a normal expansion where the main point is for us to run a positive PR Campaign that builds back the broken trust and reputation. Oh wait.".

Look, I get that there will be apologists for billion dollar companies to cut it down to just 1 patch for $50 + subscription and with Trading Post Premium (BlackCell WoW Edition) but come on, this is just a bit ridiculous ain't it?

I no longer reply to quotations beyond if you're asking a genuine question or have a non-confrontational stance.

Because he just created Grond and left. Grond was a giant rock being that broke apart and those pieces then became organic cause of spores. He didn't create anything like an Ogre directly.

I just hope that this leak is fake only because i don't want some earthen dwarf looking ogres somehow becoming a playable race.

Its getting to the point where I pray a favourite character won't end up in the forefront for this role I.E. Bolvar/Alexstraza.
They foreshadowed Alex getting corrupted. I hope that's what happens at the end of the expansion and puts in motion the events of the next one.

We simply compare number and content of patches. You're not only giving some "is it sparking creativity charts" argument which means literally nothing, but also create strawman that anyone here would defend your imaginery scenario.

I assume it's meant it be a leaked image from an internal chatroom or something. Though I feel it's also too blatant for that to feel real. How fortuitous that they tested it with some nice juicy info on both screens for instance.

Have to agree thoughm nice to see a leak that isn't just AI art taken with a blurry camera for once. This one had some effort put in.
The world revamp dream will never die!

Dragonflight has been a vastly better experience than an expansion since MoP. Even Legion had more pain points.

I judge the value on my experience of content, not how much content there is.

Dragonflight has had top tier raids, fun dungeons, lots of open world content, mini games and racing events.

10/10, would sacrifice a raid tier again.
