If there is to be no 10.3 I wonder if 10.2.5 is to have a new megadungeon or mage tower esque thing in it. I could see the return of the brawlers guild however.

Now I'm even more disapointed Galakrond wasn't more utilized. Rather than a mage tower or a megadungeon, I wonder how people would feel about a 1 boss raid which is exceptionally difficult, and would have a limited amount of trys a week say similar to mage tower. Could even just possibly be a 5man mage tower challenge.

A really really tough boss but with a cool mount/cosmetic/title reward. A character like Galakrond would of been perfect for something like this.

A new dungeon seems like a poor idea given it won't be useable as M+ before the expansion ends.

Can't say I'm up-to-date on current lore, but didn't Iridikron steal Galakronds soul/essence or something? I wouldn't put a revive or anything outside the realm of possibilities. Could be the way to go about it without getting stuck in timey wimey stuff where we have to fight Galakrond in the past when he was still around.

Given that Silas is a gnome, Darkmoon is a quite strange name for him. Most moon related surnames are tied to the night elves (Moonguard, Feathermoon, Summermoon, Moonshadow, Moonblaze)

It could just be a show name to make him sound more interesting and his real name is like Tink Cogsprokit or some dumb gnome name no one would care about.

I don't think they should ever reveal the secrets behind the darkmoon faire, its a huge part of its appeal imo.

Definitely think the mystery around the Faire is for the best after what Elune has gone through, lol.

Gally builds a rival theme park in Kezan. All rides named after him, the coins have his face on it and lots of very hilarious narcissistic branding. There is then a sub conflict between Silas and Gallywix and players can be a saboteur versus one or the other. If you pick Gallywix you use bombs and explosives - straight forward and blunt attacks. But if you pick Silas he gives you void magic to mind control and do illusion stuff - more political backstabbery and manipulation.

Killing or beating gallywix eventually would feel really good, better than many bosses before.

Like with guldan, it felt really good to see Gul'dan demise.

Both of them are sleezebags type characters that just work.

I don't know anymore, this whole thing is just quite bizarre to me. I mean I guess marketing can try and smoothen the message of a annual expansion structure because the Roadmap would instead show expansion instead of 10.3 but yeah they seem super duper confident on what they are delivering at Blizzcon.

BUt would Blizzz be in trouble? I mean a 10 or even 11 month drought isn't that extreme. Both WoD and Legion came 14 months after the last raid patch.

I am guessing the indications that 10.2 might be the last raid tier patch of the expansion, whether or not that is bad news is definitely up for interpretation.

Also we should be getting a new promotion pet or something today. Any bets it could be squally?

If we get Squally today we automatically get the Algarian Stormrider and other related stuff too, so wouldn't bet anything on that.
