I'm going back to the Alliance in 10.1, and as an Alliance fanboy I'm okay sacrificing him (Turalyon) for a World Revamp, let the Blue Lighforged Garrosh be unleashed, hopefully Scarlet Crusade, Yrel, the Shadow Council, and what remains of the Scourge will make a comeback, and ofc Alleria and the Void Elves.
No thanks I don't want a Blue Horde or the same stuff that happened to the Horde but switching it up. Alleria is more dangerous then Turalyon.
Minus the world revamp, I can buy it. Not that I don't want it, I just feel....more skeptical then I was 3 years ago.Next expansion we DEFO getting world revamp/tinkers/void vs light/etc.

I cringe whenever I hear of "Evil Alliance" or "Evil Light Crusade" as story ideas. I'd rather take other nonsense or boring rehashes pulled out of thin air like the Shadowlands or Dragonflight.
Right? I cringe too! The problem is that the more radical Horde players believe that turning Stormwind into a raid will somehow resurrect Garrosh lmfao.
In reality it does nothing but rehash MoP and BfA, but with a blue/yellow filter for the final raid. Wooooooooooooow, so original!!
That's how I'd have finished BfA for sure. Horde raids Stormwind, make it work like Battle for Dazar'alor. Alliance version with 4 bosses, then Horde version with 4 bosses than a 3 boss wing about N'zoth invading right behind the Horde. Ends at Harbor, either N'zoth himself or a massive Kraken like Ozumat or possibly an Old-God controlled Ancient like Nespirah having destroyed the Horde invasion fleet and both sides have to fight it together, have Sylvanas run there. We make a truce until the fight with N'zoth is done. As world content add small N'zoth invasions at graphically revamped zones. In 8.2.5 instead of the Orgrimmar siege scenario, have the Southern Barrens warfront (Tauren vs Dwarves).
Personally i would have gone for us being tricked by Sylvanas into leaving Stormwind undefended. She runs in, attacks, and fortifies it. We then have to fight through the wreckage with the Alliance and Horde working together to stop her.
You have the giant graveyard for risen zombies. Potentially even Arthas if the writers want to confirm that bit of speculation, or really have any famous human boss. You have the Stormwind Vault, which should contain all kinds of fun enemies to fight. And the Stormwind Cathedral if you want a light themed enemy. You could even have a giant canal crocolisk fight if you really want to!
The world revamp dream will never die!
A fucking Bloodfyre is in it after I brought up the Bloodfyre for the Void-style Shadowmoon being in the MU Horde on a lark. Regardless of anything else in the quest I am unspeakably erect and will never recover.
Dickmann's Law: As a discussion on the Lore forums becomes longer, the probability of the topic derailing to become about Sylvanas approaches 1.
Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.

Totem cape AND a totem weapon just for Tauren, both tribes
And fun note about the Orc heritage quest: your Orc canonically joins a clan of your choice!

Admittedly it would have only made sense if BfA Sylvanas was actually competent, but hey.
Point is that I think I would prefer a really strong continuous raiding experience from a Stormwind raid, rather than Dazar'alor. At least from how I understood the Horde experience to be, the Alliance version flowed decently well I thought.

Living up to you name i hear...
The world revamp dream will never die!
Lol at the idea that the Horde could launch an attack on Stormwind itself during the Fourth War when the whole idea of "Divine and Conquer" strategy at the basis of Burning of Teldrassil was because Stormwind itself could never hope to be taken through military means.
But your duty to Azeroth is not yet complete. More is demanded of you... a price the living cannot pay.
Blizzard needs to redo the old Heritage Armour quests, it's criminal how Core races get full questlines through multiple zones and even cutscenes (for Humans and Orcs), while Void elves only get one quick quest from Alleria.
The funny thing is that an actual questline for the Ren'dorei Heritage Armour would present the opportunity to finally revisit Quel'Thalas, even if only in Scenario form, and could tell a story of divergences and reunification.
