So Li Li's joined up with Pirates but there's absolutely no Pirates in 11.0

The new lore with the six main cosmic forces and the first ones doesn't hurt wow lore in itself. You just need to handle it carefully. Stuff like Zereth Mortis is way too close to those overarching powers, but having these different pantheons/forces opens up a lot of possibilities for future storylines and mysteres. just keep them more in the background and not the forefront of it.
10.2 is a good example. We are dabbleing a bit in a realm that seems to be directly linked to the "Lifelands" and we get to hear, that there is "something at the edges of the dream", but we stop there and keep it just unfocussed enough to be intrigueing and we arent't discovering the rules, laws and machinery of a "life-realm" like shadowlands was.

It definitely seemed super fake from the get go and not even in a fun way which is why I mostly ignored it. Just the elemental dwarf thing stood out cause it was at least something new. Not sure if it got actually debunked somehow but it was giving off trying to imitate scaleface vibe to me.
He kept saying "lands of conflict" which I assume means Eastern Kingdoms revamp, since that's what the book Lands of Conflict is about.

Did they wrap up Nozdormu? The dungeon cutscene at the end focused on Iridikron, but back in the Cataclysm End Time, Murozond says the true end time is way worse. Shouldn't he know what that is now?

The Iridikron thing was definitely a breadcrumb or a bridge for the next expansion. I think the implication was that Nozdormu is no longer going to become Murozond because of both Eternus in the one trying to save her sister quest and then Chromie shenanigans in the mega dungeon. I got the vibe though that whatever Iridikron did to the Dragon Soul is much worse than Murozond and seemed to be his plan all along.
