Basically burning the tree and wanting to corrupt its heart are apparently so conflicting goals the internal logic of the entire game falls in flames. The idea that in a fantasy setting magic fire can burn and corrupt at the same time is impossible to accept

Not to forget we usually get the BlizzCon schedule/app next week-ish (or earlier, but that didn't happen), although not so sure how interesting it'll be this time around as there won't be multiple stages to plan stuff between.

Yep! Pointed this out a few days ago. Last BlizzCon 2019 it came out on the 22nd of October. So we’ll see!

I rather mix of vanilla and BC. Races of world of warcraft. Orgrimmar, stormwind. Silvermoon and Hyjal. Barrens and Goldshire.

My personal hope, though, is something narrated by the Harbinger - essentially lamenting (and showing glimpses of) the various trials that have led to this point in the story, i.e. the civil wars of the Black Empire, the presumed fall of Xal and the Ordering of Azeroth by the Titans. Hinting towards everything coming together and her plans unfolding.

Need an excuse to see Old Gods in a proper expansion cinematic.
