TBH, there seems to be a big drop in leaks frequency lately. I saw many more of them 2-3 weeks ago.

Has more to do with public interest. Nobody really cares about leaking anything anymore, I know I don't. The content cadence is brisk enough for live content these days, it's not as fun.

I think that if we get a bigger leak it will be the usual vague stuff prone to miscommunication or lacking in context. The ones we usually get a couple of days before the actual announcement.

I am surprised we haven't seen the title pop up yet, usually we would've at least had that by this point. The couple leaks I thought had potential have been proven false. As I've said before, it is safe to ignore any leaks that have their own thread. I don't think real leaks ever drop like that.

I feel like we got generally fewer leaks this time around.
I remember constantly new leaks popping up week by week, and then day by day when we got closer to Blizzcon.

And now we had a big wave of leaks like 2 months ago, then silence, then it picked up again and now we are at a point were some people are begging for leaks.

Give it until one of the batches of promo material is sent to printers imo. Any time you involve a 3rd party you roll the dice on secrecy.

The Hearthstone xpac leaked via shirt, last time it was the Title Dragonflight leaking on some commented out html in a source of a store promotion for the different bundles.

1 thing i want to see next expansion: an update to characters models. even the "new" ones are showing their age now

Yes.
As an example for why, the night elf tattoos they just introduced end up being pixelated on their shoulders because the models can’t handle … flat textures.
And that’s because the skin textures feel a decade old because they’re … approaching a decade old.
That said, I don’t think the model reworks need to be as extensive as they were in WoD but they definitely need to up fidelity in some places and it would be a good excuse to finally add dynamic alpha aspects to player hair so that all helmets don’t just make our character balds.
