Nice to see that what igira was forging was this legendary. Wish we found out more about it but the fact that it can rend planar borders is cool.

Now I'm just even more interested in seeing what the actual legendary effect will be

Lol no.
Hell trolls aren’t even a different race there just a different group, no different then saying undermine is filled with monsters because venture co are there.
the night elfs are the ones who summoned the demons to feed on there magic. And again, while NEs built the city, they no longer control it. Demons control the eastern part of the city, and Ogres control the northern part of the city.
none of the locations had to be hostile before they were made into raids/dungeons but again grim Batol. And once again, we're comparing hostile locations controlled by demons, ogres, jungle trolls, etc. to a city controlled by a neutral goblin trade empire that is a center of commerce and wealth on Azeroth.
And no I’m not comparing it to any be trade empire, because said empire isn’t in the game yet and blizzard could easily make it all hostile just like they did with any of the other city’s.
the underground expansion doesn’t exist yet, so they will always be more relevant until it does and Mabye even after one does if said expan doesn’t touch on goblins. In an underground expansion, how would any of these cities have more relevance than Undermine?
Evil only wins when it spreads. It can cause destruction, it can cause death—but those are consequences of its nature, not its victory. Not its goal. The danger of evil, the purpose of evil, is that it causes those who would oppose it to become evil also.
Surprised by how enjoyable Fyrakk is as a baddie. A damn shame this is his last patch.
Dickmann's Law: As a discussion on the Lore forums becomes longer, the probability of the topic derailing to become about Sylvanas approaches 1.
Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.

Uh those locations were literally created to be hostile locations for adventurers to go to to fight monsters. Undermine was never conceived to be a place like that per multiple Blizzard sources.none of the locations had to be hostile before they were made into raids/dungeons but again grim Batol.
Again, read the original concept for Undermine as explained by one of WoW's original devs Jonathan Staats. And no I’m not comparing it to any be trade empire, because said empire isn’t in the game yet and blizzard could easily make it all hostile just like they did with any of the other city’s.
Of course, but that is the context that this discussion is taking place under.the underground expansion doesn’t exist yet...
I mean, he slurps up Smolderon.
Blizzard could easily use that as an excuse to have him respawn in the Firelands as the new Firelord.

Okay so I love that it showed then imbue the axe with runes via the night elves and then he used it to slash open a gateway to the Dream. That was a nice touch. I wasn't really interested in the axe until someone pointed out that the work being done with the ingots at the suffusion camps was to forge that axe for him, so it's pretty cool they ended up making his axe the legendary instead of a random druid weapon that wouldn't have otherwise had a tie to what we have been doing in the story so far. It does actually make sense after all.
If in-game cinematics become more frequent as worldbuilding/lore pieces, I'm all for it. Cool to see where the axe gets it's name, a little hype behind a legendary item.
I've had issues with understanding how Fyrakk knows of the world tree, but this did a better job at kind of implying why he wants to burn it.
Hates Vyranoth, hates the Aspects, hates us. Kinda hates Iridikron. He says fuck Iridikron's plan, and fuck this thing that is so important to you guys. I'll bring on these fanatics that already hate this thing and use them to hurt you where it will hurt most.
Cool little cinematics, I'm a bit more hyped for 10.2 I guess

It would be interesting to see Elune ascend Fyrakk like she did Ysera.
Why on earth would she want to do that to a dude that wants to destroy the dream?
