Yeh. I certainly see the similarities. But it's like apples and oranges - they are both pillars with rune bracer things and engravings. But the prop ones have far more engravings on the pillars, and the runes on the bracers look far more intricate whereas the ones in the Bronze shrine looks big and gaudy.

Part of the reason is that Battlegrounds are like ducks.
As if they are gonna give class skins to the least popular class lmao.
What does Runemaster even mean.
Well we are back with the reason they did the 5 level expansion in Cataclysm: talent points. 10 levels mean 10 new talents points and likely several new abilities to put those points in. Less points to give means they need to design less abilities.

There has been too little Jesus on the Green Jesus lately, so they need to thrown in literal god in him.
But overall won't lie, i would like body type for orcs that resembles their body type in cinematics.
I think it would fix a lot of issues with floaty and clipping shoulders, because of their veeeeeeeeery wide arms.
There are tons of Runemaster units in WoW. I don't know where the confusion is. It can either be a melee unit emblazoned with runes or rarely a caster (often lightning and fire, very shaman like) and often uses rune-based ground effects either for support (healing or buffs) or offense (aoe)
Reskinning the shaman so that totems become ground rune effects and the different self buffs become a runic overlay effect on your avatar would very much deliver a Runemaster.

I've speculated about southern Kalimdor and C'thun in the past, due to the proximity of the Sword of Sargeras, and C'thun's depiction as a sort of "main Old God" in Chronicles artwork.
But it's just too misaligned with all the other information we have right now. It also wouldn't make sense to have several hubs, thereby spreading the player base out too much.
Uhhh?
Outside of the two "Iron" enemies, they literally have nothing in common in terms of how they use runes. I am aware that Runemasters are a big deal in the RPG, but they are not gonna implement an RPG-exclusive skin for Monks.
I am also aware that Runemasters were supposed to be a class in WoW, but once again, that idea essentially got turned into DKs (You know, the class that uses runes, runeblades, and puts runes on the ground).
Also: How would a class skin for Monks even work lmao. They barely have any spell efects.
I will say this. The Dall-E thread has some amazing pandaren pictures (like druids transforming into the August Celestials) but those Pandaren are all furry bait bara gods. Which will not work with how Warcraft chose to depict pandaren but you won't ever convince me that if the Pandaren were upright, wide shouldered, eightpack muscle pandas, they would not have been far more popular if anything but because without the bellies transmog would have looked vastly better on them. Imo mogs are extremely important in WoW and so many races distort their mogs so badly that you just struggle being cool.
That's why i stopped playing my kul'tiran and also it's the reason i would love to see Mok'nathal first as playable allied race before ogres because they don't have big belly like ogres.
Now that i think about it after looking at pandas on wowhead dressing room, how badly would armor stretch on ogres.
