It's actually been de-debunked due to two very important details:
1. Diablo IV datamined patch notes on Wowhead showing the name Torajan was renamed to Nahantu, the name used in the leak. This was a huge point of contention for people due to Nahantu not being a zone that existed in the game's lore prior to the leak saying so.
2. A Diablo IV dev saying (a while ago, I presume) that the new class would be something "never seen before" in Diablo. Seems consistent with the idea of whatever "Spiritborn" is.
Admittedly I don't actually know much about Diablo personally but after talking to people more qualified than myself, they seem to think the leak is still worth considering. It's still possible it was made up, but I wouldn't toss it in the bin just yet.

It’s interesting to consider that a restoration of Cataclysm’s events leads to a restoration of both Kezan and Gilneas, so a trip to Kezan/Undermine would make sense for such an expansion.
In addition, there’s the odd placement of the Undermine Clam Chowder item in Azure Span. It’s the first in-game reference to Undermine since Cataclysm, and it was added in 10.0.7.
It could be nothing, but it does match how Blizzard typically hints at future content.
Remember when Blizzard re-issued Dawn of the Aspects, or some other book just prior to announcing Dragonflight?
I'm not sure if it means anything, but I noticed in a bookstore online that they're releasing, or have recently, new editions of 'Beyond the Dark Portal', 'The Shattering', and 'Shaman'. Bit of a Thrall/shamanism theme going on there.
As a side note, it also looks like they're releasing a bundle for Chronicles 1, 2 and 3 this November: https://a.co/d/d9CC6bh.
As well as, this month, a trilogy edition for a few old books: https://a.co/d/5J8Wr4l
Sons of Anarchy, duh.
Explains the new fel bike models.
New class: METAL
New race: Demonaxx
New feature: Bike riding
New dungeon: Capitalism's fall
New raid: Gallywix's secret pleasure palace
New continent: Frigg - The dead titan. The enormous corpse of a young titan that used to live in the moon, but fell on Azeroth. Every biome contains running rivers of eternal blood. METAL!
Source: I am Chris Metzen's son's father.
There was an actualy Diablo 4 leak though, my guess would be that's where the good information came from, not some insider source.
I still say it's Squall of Algarian Stormrider. But I would also be open to Strummers of Azeroth - featuring the new all-support class Bard.

Indeed there was, and the leak that was posted on MMO-Champion doesn't necessarily contradict anything that was in the "official leak" (which was basically a list of file names as far as I can tell). It's in fact further supported by the datamining of them changing "Torajan" into "Nahantu" in the name of an item.
Ya, No.
Concepts and game design doesn't exist in a vacuum like that.
Hell neither of them were even originally dungeons in wow, Grim batol was over ran by dragons and some where we couldn't go until cata as just like undermine it was cut form classic, and dire was just ruins in the open world until a later classic patch added the dungeons.
Neither was designed to be a dungeon from the beginning of wow.
ah your right I missed that link while on my phone.Undermine clam chowder mysteriously sold in the Azure Span, and added in 10.0.7.
All I ever wanted was the truth. Remember those words as you read the ones that follow. I never set out to topple my father's kingdom of lies from a sense of misplaced pride. I never wanted to bleed the species to its marrow, reaving half the galaxy clean of human life in this bitter crusade. I never desired any of this, though I know the reasons for which it must be done. But all I ever wanted was the truth.
