Have we seen any of the animations for Gryphons with dynamic flying yet?
It just clicked what's bugging me about that gryphon. It's supposed to be a screenshot from a video. That is a really weird angle to have for an ingame mount, especially with the way the rider is sitting.
Those images look pretty good, what gives them away is their lack of creativity. It's literally just stuff we already have, mashed together in what looks like fairly generic environments.
.
Think back om past reveals. BfA, Shadowlands, and Dragonflight all had distinctively new zones. Assets you hadn't seen before.
At best, these four show old assets from new angles.
I wouldn’t even focus on the quality of the assets. The staging of the assets feels off. Dragonflight zones are very wide and expansive. If we believe they want future zones to be designed the same way then looking at the zone with the statue and eagle head - why are they so close together?
I will say that dwarf looks great, that harpy looks great and that direhorn looks great. Still not sold on the shots based on everything else tho.
But people immediately said that Waking Shores looks like Durotar. Azure Span was like Grizzly Hills mixed with Azshara. Ohn'nahran Plains was like Mulgore. Lots of comparisons were made.
Maldraxxus was just Eastern Plaguelands, Ardenweald was blue Val'sharah. BFA was pretty unique looking though.
Been seeing a lot of people sadly falling for these fake pictures when they've already been proven false... These are NOT pictures of the next expansion guys. Or if they are they're EARLY Blizzard alpha pictures. Trust me.

I was only really referring to the Agg'ora having names that seem to reference Aggramar. The Everward's name doesn't have anything to do with Eonar but obviously any Ordered Life-based area is naturally going to be connected to Eonar.
I could see an aesir vs. vanir thing with the Titans, despite those terms being from the non-canon RPG. Whatever name is given to them, there are silver Titans and bronze Titans and we don't know the reason for the difference.
I think they could actually introduced Amitus in a great way by having her be a fringe Titan who is responsible for the heresy in Avaloren, but the racists will have conniptions because she's Black and others will (rightfully) be annoyed at a new Titan being essentially retconned in.
Having done dragonriding on a gryphon through means that can't be discussed here, the dragonriding animations on gryphons look like pretty regular animations. You can check them out in a modelviewer with any gryphon model under the AdvFly* animation names.
If we're getting gryphons I don't think it'll be the current gryphon model but an updated one instead (maybe for all gryphons), although the rig might still be similar/the same.

So this is what I could find but it doesn't have anyone sitting on it. However look at right around 11 seconds, the right wing and left wing move back at different rates and they look almost exactly like the difference in underwing from that leak shot.
