If we're getting gryphons I don't think it'll be the current gryphon model but an updated one instead (maybe for all gryphons), although the rig might still be similar/the same.
    Fair enough.

Copy-pasting below some info. Using spoiler tag just in case, since the book isn't officially out yet.

    - Vyranoth’s disturbed at how their culture is ignored when four ordered dragons just openly approach her.
    - Saristrasz, Alexstrasza’s majordomo, outright said that Vyranoth spoke well for her kind showing her that some of ordered look down on their proto-dragon kin.
    - Vyranoth outright wonders why the dragons had to change at all to be of use to the titans.
    - Alexstrasza publicly pledging her allegiance to Tyr really rubbed Vyranoth the way wrong as she felt that she sacrificed of herself to show her commitment to the Titans. This feeling grows worse when she picks on that Alexstrasza heavily disagrees with Tyr on something and that Tyr defends it with wanting to make the dragonflights thrive.
** When it comes to Alexstrasza’s point of the view the manner, it’s revealed that it was about infusing order magic into the primal eggs and that the Dragon Queen very much felt like that it wasn’t a request Tyr was making, with Malygos outright calling it a command.
    - Alexstrasza outright promised her that Order magic would be a choice and not forced… and well we saw how that turned out.
    - Iridikron was reclusive and withdrawn, with Alexstrasza having never even seen him.
    - Neltharion and Iridikron were long rivals.
    - Fyrakk is considered a hothead who wants to fight and not a true threat. However Iridikron potentially joining him is a massive concern.
    - Alexstrasza outright says that the Aspects may lose Keeper support if they don’t go with Tyr’s request. Neltharion’s reaction is to curl his lips, leaving it vague as to how he feels on the comment.

The user who made the thread also mentioned that Fyrakk is Alexstrazsa’s cousin and he was the first one to become an Incarnate.
    More parts:
Fyrakk is the first one to ascend of the primal incarnates. Iridikron is the second. Razsageth is the third.
Iridikron has a sister who becomes an ordered dragon.
Fyrakk confronts Iridikron after Iridikron elevates Razsageth without consulting Fyrakk. Fyrakk says that if anyone should be the leader it’s him as he ascended first, Iridikron proceeds to sink Fyrakk into the ground almost drowning him in the earth, making Fyrakk accept him as the leader.
Trolls had moved north into the dragon isles 20k years ago and had created villages with straw huts. It’s also mentioned that they are more established in the south with civilizations.
Alexstrasza is conflicted with Tyr's edict at first but is convinced by Neltharion and Malygos because who knows what the future holds. The Aspects then order titan-forged to venture out into the world to claim proto-dragon eggs.

So this is what I could find but it doesn't have anyone sitting on it. However look at right around 11 seconds, the right wing and left wing move back at different rates and they look almost exactly like the difference in underwing from that leak shot.

I can maybe see it with a different/updated gryphon model based on player pitch.

Same, they just keep finding ways to use assets in multiple ways to lower how hard the revamp is going to hit them eventually and I think it's a really smart way to do it.

I've literally never heard anyone say that. Mmmaybe the Maldraxxus bit, but not on a level of "this makes me question the zone's validity altogether".

All the ones you listed have several unique highlights, all featured in promotional material. I see nothing like that here.

It's well-made, but I'm not convinced its real. To be clear, I don't think AI is involved. I think it's a weak argument to assert AI is related to everything fake when people have had the means to make convincing fakes manually for years. It looks far more like a kitbash of existing assets put together in a world editor alongside some Photoshop compositing. There just aren't enough unique assets on display to make me think that the things that are unique couldn't be model edits or Photoshops.

This leak looks cheap and boring, this is 100% real. In general we get dragonflight 2.0

I mean, Dragonflight 1.0 was a banger of an expansion, so Dragonflight 2.0 can only be an improvement.

What if...the next WoW expansion is blurry! It's not the leakers' fault. There's a large, out-of-focus expansion roaming the internet, begging people to believe it's real.

Man I can't unsee that one zone as being a repurposed Vol'dun now. I hope it's not real for that alone. I love Vol'dun but I don't want another zone that looks THAT much like it.

I'd take issue if Amitus is canonized. Her absence in the story up until now makes no sense. Her role is "guardian of mortals" but where the actual fuck has she been for the entirety of mortal history? But I don't doubt Danuser will make her canon.

No, that doesn't make sense... One of the achievements that was discovered was named Algarian Stormrider [Heroic Edition] which seems to be the mount given to those who bought the Heroic edition for the next expansion. One of the assets someone found was a dark gryphon mount with a glow around its wings.

If we're not factoring the gryphon part, why would something called a Stormrider be underground? If there's heavy themes of Wildhammers involved, then surely it would be a place with big wide open spaces for gryphons to fly around in... Having the expansion be underground is something more fitting for the Dark Irons.

To me, Avaloren is the continent and Khaz Algar is one of the zones. What proof do we have that suggests Khaz Algar is underground?

Its also possible that they remade that statue for world revamp and are also using it in Avaloren.

Just pointing out what I saw. Not as an argument against already announced zones being real... but right away people were comparing Waking Shores to Durotar, both as a negative and as a positive (from different people). Azure Span was talked about even more for the Grizzly Hills vibe. I myself was the one who said it also reminded me of Azshara and various people agreed at the time.

All of the zones in Dragonflight have at least two subzones with distinct biomes, so I expect we'll get the same which might surprise us. I'm not sure why they would show us only the boring parts of the zones in the reveal video if that's what these screenshots are from, but they've fumbled harder before.

Speaking of the Wildhammer and the skies, why the hell did they live in a place like Grim Batol? Never made sense to me.

Incidentally, if it's real, and it's a standard 4-5 zone island on top of one of them being underground and thus not on the overworld, making the new mass even smaller, that would just tickle me.
Or its real and uninspired because they are also revamping Azeroth at the same time.
