I'm all for speculation but when we don't know what it would even be about safe for bits and pieces of information, there's no point to I dunno, gaslight your own speculation into this idea that it just HAS to be bad based of limited info.
I've yet to see someone post a pillar that looks like the one in the "leak". Similar doesn't suffice because the leaker would actually have to either A) create a new model that looks different or B) Edit the existing model somehow to make it different.
Gryphon statue is also NOT the same as the one in Aerie Peak. I posted about this yesterday going into detail after carefully comparing and traveling to Aerie Peak to see different angles. Notably, the head/chest area is more separate and gryphon's head is held higher. Wings are further back and texturing in the wingpit area are different. So unless there's OTHER bird statues in Aerie peak I might be missing, that's not the one.
There's a bunch of other new models in the leak as well. The fake leaker would have to CREATE these new models from scratch or somehow get access to edit these models.
So either this fake leaker went through hours and hours of creating assets for the leak which is insane BUT possible or this leak is actually real.
No? I'm reading the information coming officially from Blizzard.

Not really getting a desert vibe from any of that.
Okay just to make sure we don't only talk about the "super interesting and new" zones.
This thread randomly dropped with their version of a "leak"

First of all I have to say I really dig the title. Origins ain't the most expressive, but it can mean a lot of cool things and evokes a sense of mystery.Level cap 80
Dwarves play a very important role
New canctuary called Algarian, located in Silithus
Azeroth is not the same
Learn your race origins and gain unique new abilities and traits (racials)
New race customizations trough your origins
No new continents
Guild tribes (guild housing)
New item type: Ancient relics, stats + spell modifier
Class order halls will teach a new specialization
Glyphforge - customize spell animations
Learn every gathering profession
No new battlegrounds or arenas
Exclusive PvP zones, warmode is gone
PvP warfronts is a thing
New raid type: Mega Raid with giant bosses and puzzles
1 New Raid
2 Mega dungeons
Normal dungeons happens directly in azeroth zones
New allied races: Gnoll for alliance and Ogres for horde
Slightly changes are possible, but this is it.
)
Are we going to uncover secrets?
Are we going to actually time travel?
Origins of what?
It also carries a sense of returning to basics.
"Canctuary" is probably neutral city. It is probably Algar and not Algarian, but okay. Places it at Silithus like the scarab leaks and Bellular.
Not sure what race origins we still have to learn, but I like the unique racial ideas. Also this isn't the first leak that mentions racial talent trees.
Dunno why they would call them tribes, but I fully support guild housing.
Can't comment on the item types cause I don't even understand it.
Spell transmog sounds cool and I'm sure some versions of this have been asked for for years.
Also hell yes for all gathering professions being available. If having all professions on one character does not kill the FFXIV economy, it won't hurt in WoW either.
No new battlegrounds is a bummer, but pvp zones sounds cool.
Warmode being gone sucks. I mean I never used it, but it feels like it will cause a huge uproar.
Dunno how more mega a raid can be, but I'm all for puzzles.
That bit about normal dungeons is way too broken for me to understand.
Not sure about Gnolls, but if the Horde finally gets Ogres, this expansion will sell like hotcakes.
Oh yes, Azeroth is not the same probably means a revamp. I mean it does say no new continent.
Great point on the temporary copy. The thing that is a red flag to me is the placement of "Khaz Algar" and "The Everward" on the side margins. Would you agree that typically those would be further in, if there at all? They seem far too close to the edge of the screens for modern web design.
The misalignment argument always was weird to me. Who photoshops this on an image of an angled laptop? Surely they would create the website/image and than take a picture of the laptop.
It's not your fault, but if you think these are the same shape, you have some kind of shape dyslexia. The top is just shaped very differently. Many people already pointed out what those BlizzCon pillars actually are.
Blizzard will really not leak new assets on the official Twitter. They'll try to avoid doing it accidently, they definitely won't do it this overtly. They just don't, no matter how much you think they seed leaks to stir up hype. They don't.

Occam's Razor says it's fake, if anything.
What's more likely?
A - Four screenshots that seem to feature re-used, low-quality, and modified fan art based on old in-game assets, put together incohesively and without much to distinguish them from what we already have in the Dragon Isles, end up being real and leaking the 10th expansion coming out on WoW's 20th anniversary, co-written by Chris Metzen.
B - It's fake and somebody who reads the speculation on this forum, and is good at these things, did it to have a bit of fun.
She's important in the sense that we've yet to see the "realms of Life", and they are heavily teased in one of the 10.2 books. She also gave Elun'Ahir to Eonar, and is responsible for Amirdrassil. If 11.0 ends up being some type of "life and order goes rogue together in Avaloren" expansion, then Elune is obviously part of it in some way. Even if she's just in the background.
Literal Rocky Canyon/Desert zone doesn't fit: Earthen. Potential Fissure somewhere. Heretics (very non-specific, outside of.. their political alignment to the titans). Thrall (Formerly the Earth-Warder, Earthen Ring, again.. place that looks capable of representing Earth as an Element, doesn't.. fit a Shaman?). Iridikron. Dude's literally a Rock. I mean.. I fucking love your speculations over the course of the Thread, but.. there's vague fits, at the least and the information you've listed is still ultimately completely out of context, because we don't actually HAVE factual Context for how each of these pieces ultimately fits into the expansion narrative.
