I was just trying to use dates to create a timeline for people in here who may not know. I wouldn't be surprised if he started even months before this date (therefore, over a year total).

I was agreeing with you. People think because he came back officially in December that he didn't touch WoW before that but I would bet my left foot he had a bunch of input well before his official return.

This could be true. It would make that particular log extremely old. But it would suggest the log was being sent to somewhere other than Azeroth? And I don't think the Titans were operating out of some orbital satellite or something. But they might have been. Maybe Uldaz is a space station.

Another point against it is as far as we know if the ordering of the planet had barely began the Titans would have still been present & in charge of these decisions, not Odyn.

I mean odyn has been sending groups to what we assume is the same place as Avaloren

I'm more of the opinion he got bored and missed his baby and wanted to contribute again, and since he 100% still had friends at Blizzard they probably talked to him about ideas and where they wanted to take things, in an unofficial capacity, where he surely would have thrown around opinions and suggestions like anyone would in such a conversation.

Also Taliesin has said that people he knows at Blizz have told him about Metzen's level of involvement so far and dude is definitely working with the team and not just sitting at a desk with a shiny new nameplate twiddling his thumbs and cashing cheques. He is too passionate about Warcraft to not be involved.

What are the orcs doing there? Would that mean there's a second dark portal on Azeroth? That means there would have to be one that's connected to it on Outland.

Well, there is one possibility, but it's a real stretch in the suspension of disbelief.

See, the Orcs were a race descendant from a lineage of creations known as the Grond. The Grond were created specifically in mind to get rid of the Everbloom, a ravaging botanical hivemind that would consume Draenor in endless trees and even destroy all live on the planet. The Grond were created by the Tita, Aggramar, who saw Draenor as sort of a pet project that he left unchecked.

But BEFORE all that, It was also Aggramar who was the first discover Azeroth when it was still corrupted by the Old Gods, and it was both through him and Eonar that the two convinced the Pantheon to actually look into un-corrupting Azeroth.

So there is a small- SMALL chance that this supposed Orc-like race might've been some of Aggramar's handiwork.

But that's just one theory.
