Vulpera use the Goblin skeleton, and lore wise it makes sense for Vulpera to adopt technology given their past.
wow, talking about stretching the truth. From "No bro! only goblins and gnomes, absolutely nobody else. LFD and Burning Legions have mechs? THat is not real tinkering!!!"
to: "No bro! Vulpera are tinkers"

    lol

Don't underestimate what a vulpera can do with access to the right resources. A vulpera created the entire Artisan's Consortium, after all.

If I was World of Warcraft's next expansion, what would I name myself?

Well Warlords of Draenor was about seeing something classic and it tied in with the anniversary and movie.

So probably I'd want to play on the WCIII nostalgia, but most of that was used up by Shadowlands.

Maybe I'd base it on the optional Founding of Durotar campaign, but I never played those missions so I don't know what happens in them. Art for it does use Thrall's old armor, though.

The beautiful hypocricy of that is:

Races with knowledge and usage of mechs (Burning Legion, LF Draenei etc)? Nope can't be tinkers. Because it's not real tinkering. It's fake! Make tinkering great again!
A scavenging race with barely any contact with other races outside some simple stuff? Perfect tinkers.

A past of being subjugated by others due to their size. They could view tech as an equalizer.

Again that’s simply the lore justification. Blizzard would do it because of ease of development and giving players an alternative to Gnomes and Goblins.

If tinkers ever are released then all races should be able to be one, would make no sense otherwise imo.

Mine was a simple example, personally I would implement racial variations for many classes/specs

I’ve said that Vulpera work as a Tinker race for quite some time due to them utilizing the Goblin skeleton and “Junker tech” fitting their race.

Exactly this.. it's pretty much like real life. Anyone can start tinkering with stuff, and learn the processes of creating items, vehicles etc etc through education. Claiming that somehow only goblins and gnomes are capable of learning tech? That's just hilarious.

Vulpera are clever and resourceful, they would make excellent inventors and mechanics with access to the right resources. No, they don't have tech like that in Vol'dun, because they just don't have access to the materials to build it and they are more focused on just survival. There is a Vulpera named Tinkerin' Taji, though. One of the leaders of the expedition is a vulpera. The creator of the Artisan's Consortium is a vulpera. Don't underestimate their capabilities because of the humble origins that were largely forced upon them.

It's still incredibly funny that the fox people would become tinkers by "scavenging" robots from a race they just met while orcs would not despite being the sidekicks on nearly every goblin engineering-related escapade in the last two decades.
confirmed by my uncle nitnendo and masahiro samurai

It's you can't justify blanket tinkers when anyone can learn engineering?

Literally what's stopping any race from being a tinker?

Because Orcs a big hulking monsters with immense strength and strength in Shamanistic magic. They don’t need mechs like Gnomes and Goblins do.

    Isn't it obvious?

They don't share the goblin rig, therefore that somehow makes them unable to pick up a screwdriver, or sit inside of a piloted mech.

And why Draenei of the Army of the Light use mechs even though they are not small and weak like gnomes and goblin?
