Certainly interesting, though hard to say how likely it is. I wouldnt be mad if it was real though. The fact that the leak has "everything", with motion, music, new assets, etc. Does make it a cut above the rest.

I'd say it's less convincing than the 4 screenshot leak. If they were to show-off housing I think they'd do more than just show off 4 different palletes of almost identical interiors. This is cut together like a segment from a features trailer after all. It has no POW!

If this is real leak, then its certainly not a final version. It has visual glitches when the room interiors change, and music sounds like typical trailer music from YT, and most likely the placeholder.
Or its just a fan work, which is more plausible.
