Who is Dimensius again?

Except they are all about creating orderly interplanar systems, like the Shadowlands/Lifelands anima pipeline, and control things with robots programmed to do certain tasks. Even if they aren't Inherent Order/Arcane like Titans they do very very similar things.
They also have (probably intentionally) similar aesthetics.
The Void Lord responsible for the destruction of Ka'resh, the Etehereal Homeworld. We fight him in BC
Seemingly, what we fight in BC was just an echo of his actual Void Lord form, though
It's true, but there's also a kind of "order" in that way to Void society. I think the main difference is the First Ones don't use explicitly Order magic, which IS an established thing. And the Titans do.
That's true too. I wonder what the correlation between Titans and First Ones is truly. I wasn't the biggest fan of the idea of the First Ones, so simplifying it as the Titans, or something Order adjacent would be interesting.
I mean, agree to disagree. I'm just not a huge fan of the First Ones idea and the way it was presented in Shadowlands, so adjustments to make them more Titan aligned is something I find more interesting! It's all personal opinion

Urghh been searching a bit, but can't track back the source, I'm fairly certain it was Ion explaining in an interview that originally they knew that they wanted dragons, but "none of the classes made sense" and from there, they came up with Evoker. I hope I didn`t deform some memory in my head.
That doesn't make any sense though. Look, think of the First Ones as "the thing behind the curtain we aren't supposed to know about." The Zereths are all basically 3D printers for the universe we're never supposed to go to.
The First Ones themselves aren't even really a factor. They're just a big mystery meant to give the setting scope. Attaching Order specifically to them fucks the entire concept up, because it's supposed to be what the Titans are.
That void weapon’s text is interesting. The hope for playable Ethereals continues.
An Ethereal Artificer (assuming the artificer leak is true) would be really neat.
Though it’s interesting, would the implication be that Dimensius is the Harbinger or that he gave the staff to the Harbinger?
Earthen and Artificer especially seem off to me. Earthen because why would that be a new race? It's not desired by players, it doesnt fill a niche compared to the existing two dwarves, and we already had a new race in DF.
Artificer because why wouldnt you just call it Tinker instead of Artificer? The class it's seemingly attempting to emulate is plainly the Tinker, the well established archetype in Warcraft lore. Mekkatorque is even called High Tinker. Only way it could make sense is if Tinker is a spec.

I wonder what will they do with the talent trees next xpack? Sure they'll add 10 more points for new levels, and a few more talents, but will they try to expand the system somehow?
Well, we only got a small glimpse into the workings of the first one, I wouldn't draw too big of a conclusion out of it. We saw their work in the Death Realm. We don't know how their work looks like in Zereth Lumen, Zereth Vita etc. It's like seeing Eonar and concluding "Titans must be all about life". Not that i need or want that aspect to be explored, but drawing too man conclusions from Zereth Mortis could be misleading.
The new talenttrees all in all have been a success, surely they will be tweaked, some reworked etc. But I don't see too much tinkering with it. I suppose it'll be like TBC, Wrath, etc: The tree gets expanded and you get more points.I wonder what will they do with the talent trees next xpack? Sure they'll add 10 more points for new levels, and a few more talents, but will they try to expand the system somehow?

Also, importantly, don't forget about the Shadowscrawled coin at the start of DF...directly linking to the Ethereals.
"Thank you for the opportunity to observe you. The information I've gathered has been illuminating, to say the least. This will be my final gift... for now."

While it's cool that he's back, it's a little disappointing that yet again the ONLY named void lord is Dimensius. Like we couldn't get a new name?
