Dwarves are pretty cool, just Blizzard squanders the coolness of them.

The most Dwarf part of Dwarves in WoW is being archeologists and historians. We need the drunk, battleragering slightly insane dwarves.

Only pathetic fratboys think the always-drunk part of dwarves is 'cool'. The type to crawl over cubicles at Blizzard HQ.

Sargeras and Sylvanas (They both had their own separate motives) kicked off BFA.

Sylvanas and Argus (Indirectly) kicked off Shadowlands.

Tyrande, Ysera, Alexstrasza, and Koranos kicked off Dragonflight.

And now Iridikron, Azshara, and Xal'atath are kicking off 11.0 most likely.

The retcons bro, they are really tiresome. Now the new book retcons stuff we have in the - current expansion. The narrative team needs a total overhaul, they need direction, Danuser needs to write itens text flavor and the entire Warcraft crowd needs to work together.

Not really, but then again, I believe the screenshots are real in the sense that I don't have faith in Blizzard to make anything else other than that. (Same logic applies to the 4 screenshots from earlier, though I started suspecting they were off based on the shadows.)

So, I'm just humbling myself and not having high expectations.

We're in the dark. Only believable leaks so far is still the 4 original "screenshots."

I agree with this. I believe those 4 screens are the closest thing we have to legitness, but its still possible that it is a very good fake.

Seeing a few posts about an Australia themed continent makes me remember when Vulpera got datamined. I was certain they'd be Australian. "G,day m8, welcome to Vol'Dun" is all I can hear whenever I see one and it pains me it didn't pan out that way.

As we're getting closer I can't help but hedge my bets on my original thoughts from back in like August of what the expansion would be, I'm still leaning revamp. But as I did then I'm leaning towards a Revamp of Kalimdor alone first. I think there's so much that's happened recently that could lead us back there. I can't be bothered to find my original summary post with some of the points I'd come up with, but I guess we'll see very soon.

I'm not sold the 4 images are fake however. Not after Drac'thyr.

Maybe it's unrelated, but I have this impression localization workers feel less threatened about spoiling stuff. I have a friend who worked at the Versailles Studio who spoiled me at the start of BFA about playable mechagnomes and vulpera for 8.3. But I guess he didn't care anymore since they choose to lay off everyone.

Although still having a salable bundle-xpac with new content, main focus will be on the base game
– Dynamic World

• Not a full world revamp in Cata style, but still a graphical update to whole world
• Events, wq, etc. coming to old world, with one zone in each region at the start with stories leading to next zones in future updates. For example Eversong Woods will have campaign dealing with void and new undead which will lead to plaguelands in the future. Other zones at announce include Loch Modan and Ashenvale
• Dynamic flying

– Big updates to classes, races and customization
– Storming Lands

• Basically a sub continent of a new landmass, mainly off shore isles and coastline
• Azshara is now an independent antagonist, but not really a big villian. Not affiliated with void anymore
• Underwater "flying"

There's actually not a lot of new names in few short promo materials, it's mostly Storming Lands (which is a part of xpac content); there's also no xpac name, just plain WoW logo. Most extensive two speak about how new content in old zones work and about Azshara (who is depicted as an elf but with unique model)

It may be her in the past, but judging by the text it's her new look, since it talks about how she was always looking for power, making deals and pacts and got betrayed, but now it's enough and she will be the Queen on her own; also talks about "waves of life" and her design is very that.
