Yeah, I was thinking for some time whether it's possible, i.e. based on historical data, if Algarian Stormrider could have been some sort of red herring implanted by Blizzard on purpose, so that any legit leak that potinetially goes public and does not include Khaz Algar, will be met with much more resistance and disbelief, since it won't line up with what has been datamined (which serves to some degree as a source of truth). That would give Blizzard the upper hand with almost no effort and create a pretty interesting precedent for future

I would love it, really. They've never done anything like that so I doubt it is the case here but holy hell would it cause an upset amongst dataminers.

Current Avaloren is not breachable, need to use the Timeways to alter time so Avaloren can be reached in 'our' time. Our timeline is no longer set in stone since we stopped Nozdormu from becoming Murozond. Aman'thul is not happy, can't leave the Seat of the Pantheon because of Sargeras and Illidan, sets Odyn on us.

Also, I haven't really seen people talk about this 'leak' yet, I think it could be cool if they handle it properly. Timetravel doesn't have to be bad or boring per definition.

personally, I'm upset about it not only because all the stuff in it looks low quality, (the vistas are okay) but mostly its because I don't want another Dragonflight, not because Dragonflight was bad, but because another 4 zone island that doesnt have anything unique (from what we can see in this preview) would be hard to want to spend 2 years doing things on. other zone previews from previous expansions have a bit of "awe" about them, this feels like they took some bits from BfA and a bit from WoD and called it a day.

Yeah that's fair I guess. The grassy direhorn makes me think of Zuldazar, while it was a great zone, it got really stale.

Personally not a fan of ALL transmog restrictions being removed.
Weapon must be shared, but I'd prefer armor being restricted within armor types, so cloth class can wear any cloth gear whether it's priest, mage or warlock, but not plate, leather or mail.

I don't see why armor restrictions need to be in place when cosmetic sets are a thing.
Yes you could make your death knight wear mage mogs, but you could honestly do that now as well with the Kirin Tor set.

Players naturally gravitate towards making their class look like their class. And having access to every armor piece in the game would just make it more pronounced i feel.

Yes you could make your death knight wear mage mogs, but you could honestly do that now as well with the Kirin Tor set.

Players naturally gravitate towards making their class look like their class. And having access to every armor piece in the game would just make it more pronounced i feel.

Big fan of removing transmog restrictions, perhaps only limiting it to certain weapons. ie; You can't make a Polearm look like dual wielding daggers.

Weapons make sense to limit just so you don't have fury warriors swinging guns around, but armor really doesn't.
Removing armor restrictions is in my mind more like when they added the ability to Transmog maces into swords.

At this point I dont really care what story and content stuff they come up with.

I just WANT // NEED the following:

Transmog restrictions lifted: Cloth -> Plate? No problem! 2h Axe -> Polearm? No Problem (As people have said, some weapon restrictions apply)! ALL Holiday transmog restrictions lifted! Do what makes you happy!

Removal of LEVEL restrictions on ALL Toys. ALL Cooldowns removed from Toys. Go nuts, have fun.

Put the damn FUN back into the small things in the game that are SUPPOSED to be FUN

It's such a weird limitation as well. Back pieces and cloaks, sure. Those would be a clipping nightmare with the wings.
But if Worgen can have weird boots, then why can't Dracthyr?

There are spikes and other 3D elements layered on top of the Dracthyr model, but just hide them when you Transmog something over them. Shouldn't be that difficult.

Beating a dead horse now, but... what are these things on the shoes? They could be spikes, but then why is one of them on the left foot twice as big as the other? And looking at the right foot, they could be toes, but then... these dwarves would have two toes. WoW dwarves don't have two toes.
