Honestly, I don't believe that to be true, but that would be my dream expansion.

Artificer makes sense. Khaz Algar makes sense. Void vs Titans (doubly so with the cosmic item descriptions) and a Revamp makes sense. Transmog restrictions being lifted... feels both a nightmare for spaghetti code and something they likely wouldn't do, as they like people rolling alts.
