"Sahdowlands bad, I don't actually have any real opinion besides that"
Speaking of First Ones, I've been slowly putting together a concept for a Plate class that uses their aesthetic and magics, along with some Constellar stuff. I'll eventually have something worthwhile to post about it.
The binary code leaks seem too good to be true. Mostly cause they include a revamp.
All I ever wanted was the truth. Remember those words as you read the ones that follow. I never set out to topple my father's kingdom of lies from a sense of misplaced pride. I never wanted to bleed the species to its marrow, reaving half the galaxy clean of human life in this bitter crusade. I never desired any of this, though I know the reasons for which it must be done. But all I ever wanted was the truth.
AND YET - none of that even comes as close to the sin of Shadowlands' character assassination of Kel'thuzad. Whoever decided to 180 his character like they did in SL should not be working on WoW's story.
I'm pretty much over 90+% of SL's mistakes myself, but the Kel'thuzad stuff still stings me to this day.

"I like the Titans, I no like when something bigger than Titans" is literally all you needed to say.
Seems pointless to explain this but:
They don't do anything to affect "stakes". They're a mystery element that adds macro context to the setting. It's basically the role the Titans had pre-Legion, before they were entities we knew and interacted with, but with even more ambiguity. We can name Titans, we can't name the First Ones. We just know they created the cosmos, and what their magic/creations are like. It gives the universe a decent bit more mystery to work with, from a writing perspective.
This is a direct transcript of the images, and if you look at them, it's not really as believable anymore.
"Who is the last boss of BFA?" Not really a final boss so to speak but the final encounter is saving Sylvanas(though it will require fighting her first) and resealing N'Zoth's prison.Sylvanas lives. Turns out she was trying to save the world! "Sylvanas is doing all she can to stop N'Zoth from breaking from his prison. Though not all will be forgiven.Nya'lotha is 8.3. Larger than a normal zone. Wouldn't be surprised if it was cut in to 2-4 zones. Tallest zone yet.

I heard that in the next expansion we get a legendary ring which we will have to power up using "Avaloren Particles" which are harvested from a new System in an Underground tunnel called Uldhast.
The First Ones are an attempt to bring back some mystery back to WoW, after we basically buddied up with the titans. They fill the "whole" in the space the Titans left.I'm pretty sure the Progenitors are just a fourth-wall bending nod to Blizzard and the people who have made WoW. That's why their architecture is geometric and their language is mathematics. That's why the prototypes of the pantheon look like segmented models.
Any leak from 4 years ago probably got at least something right. A lot of these are easy-to-guess story beats and let's not even cover the fact that Prestige Classes are a shit idea that'll never happen and hasn't in 4 years.
And, y'know, we got a new class in the last 4 years that wasn't Tinker.
