The "sultry" voice is definitely Magatha Grimtotem.
Now that they've brought Dimensius up again- apparently as the Harbinger (probably Xal'atath)'s backer- I wonder if Blizzard might be planning to flesh him out and build him up as a Sargeras-level Void antagonist. Give us a recognizable Void Lord as the endgame threat rather than keeping them as a faceless group.
Though if this is the case, I hope it's drawn out over a few expansions. As much as I'd love to go to K'aresh, even as an Argus-scale patch region, I'm worried that they might rush though the whole Void threat in a single expansion with something like tier 1 Iridikron, tier 2 Xal'atath, tier 3 Dimensius.
Replace Dimensius with the Old Gods, and make 12.0 about the Void Lords.
Perfect.
Relegating the Void Lords and K'aresh to mere Patch content would be a mistake. It was a mistake to do that for Sargeras and Argus. In the immediate moment, there was "Legion fatigue" going on since WoD, so it seemed like a good decision back then; but, in the long run, we see that it was disastrous for the setting to get rid of Sargeras and Argus so quickly.
Sargeras and Argus could have EASILY carried a separate expansion from Legion.
This is the perfect plan:
Expansion 11.0: Underground expansion with Khaz Algar
Tier 1: Iridrikon
Tier 2: Xal'atath
Tier 3: Old Gods
Expansion 12.0: Void Lords and K'aresh
The only plausible scenario for Avaloren to be real now is imho if it‘s indeed 10.3 and we’re getting the next expansion not until 2025 because it contains a world revamp and is too ambitious to release next year. I think most players would be fine with this if the next expansion really is bombastic and delivers on all fronts like Legion back in the day. That’s really the only plausible scenario where a 10.3 Avaloren makes any sense.
MAGA - Make Alliance Great Again
It might be a controversial idea, but personally, I'd like to see them continue the Draenor story in an RTS. They could show us the truth of how things got to what we saw in BFA- and how it ends- with Lightbound, Mag'har, and Gorian factions. Maybe Arrakoa too if they want to do four factions again.
Then afterwards whoever survives can cross back into WoW.

I think Avaloren, K'aresh and a World Revamp are all inevitable and coming sooner rather than later.
In which order they'll appear and how they string together is the question...
Right, i'm working all day tomorrow.
So if shit hits the fan, the hype train image is available in my signature.

Just got my Blizzard Gear Store discount code for having purchased the Blizzcon in-game collectible pack, which means surely soon the Gear Store will leak Blizzcon stuff, right?
Honestly, alt universes are such a fucking mess in being accessible by the main one that making it a gaiden game might be the way to go.
Juicy stuff is supposed to unlock post-opening ceremony sharp going off past ones, but some poor web engineer will almost certainly fuck up.
