I'm calling it. I believe that Voyage to Avaloren is the real leak.

I'm still desperately hanging on to the idea of the website and zone screenshots being fake, but for those that believe in them, the Voyage to Avaloren feels like the best match so far.

The name is unconventional, sure, but so was Battle for Azeroth when it was announced.

I saw someone just pointing out they would doubt they'd use "azeroth" again in the title so soon after bfa. It just occurred to me, hilariously, that their point would be even better made with "shadow" and shadowlands. So I'm discarding the shadow over azeroth leak entirely now based on that

That first one got half of it wrong. Either they had a few bits and made the rest up or they took an already public leak and added their own spin on it.

They definitely do pass around false info to try and plug leaks but it could also just be a misunderstanding of earlier in development info that the leaker didn't have access to anymore.

Allied races don't make much sense outside of the context of a faction war, in a period of peace and cooperation.

I didn't know Litemount existed till you mentioned it but it looks amazing. Being able to set a mount depending on the zone sounds incredible for immersion.

There's NO actual gameplay feature at all, sounds like a modern Blizzard expansion.

Uh why would Algari and Agg'ora be the main new races and Vrykul and Tanuka come later as allied races? Wouldn’t Blizzard make the far more popular races the actual new races for the expansion since races we’ve actually seen in the game and have a following would be more of an incentive to buy the expansion?

Also has Blizzaed ever made an unseen race into a playable race in the history of WoW?

Yea Shadow over Azeroth sounds like a patch name more than an expansions name.

Shadow of Azeroth however sounds much better.

Sort of the Draenei but more that they just drastically changed what they were for BC

For what it's worth in the debate over support specs, I just noticed now that Graham Berger, the lead designer of Evokers including Augmentation, left Blizzard this past month and is now at Ghostcrawler's new studio. Something to keep in mind if we don't hear anything about new support specs this weekend.
