They would probably give the main dwarf in a cinematic a normal-ish face, just so people take him seriously. As unfortunate as it is.

On Artificer as a possible class; the D&D artificer includes among other things an Alchemist subclass, something that also existed in WC3 and could easily be interpreted as a support spec for Artificer instead of a healer spec. After all, alchemy is as important to goblins as engineering and could also be used to describe Forsaken Apothecaries and Troll Witch Doctors.

My secret wish is if they added combat specs for Professions or races. It would be a kind of dual-classing. Alchemist & Engineer combat specs would make the Tinker camp happy.
