It's the size of the Ogre's that's a problem. Even Zandalari were apparently pushing it as far as how big Blizz wants playable races to be.

Could they not have taller races with a ducking while on mounts and a crouch and duck under the door for doors?

Its just 2 animations. I dont think the problem is unsolvable.

hey friends. today was main stage rehearsals, so main stage hall was closed off entirely to us workers. this was the first of 2 rehearsals the second is tomorrow night.

obviously due to this i saw nothing of what was shown, and due to construction making noise it was hard to make out what they were saying. but they did play a video that was narrated by a woman very clearly. i can say with 99% certainty that it wasn't sylvanas or jaina that was speaking. it could have been azshara but i have my doubts, it wasn't crystal clear audio exactly. female voice, kinda sultry is what i could make out of it.

tomorrow you will get actual 11.0 leaks, i guarantee it. photos and all. construction is 90% done, it's the minor stuff left now. merch rolls in sometime after lunch tomorrow and there will 110% be a leak of said merch, so a t-shirt with a logo, or some art print is going to end up here without a shadow of a doubt. if it doesn't, i'll post my workers id badge on here on lunch time friday.

Then again if it does turn out to be false, looking forward to seeing the “worker ID badge” :P

Well again, Dracthyr support a class that gives players the ability to be a playable WoW dragon. No other race can do what the Dracthyr do.

Why would Blizzard create a third Dwarven race over simply allowing players to be Vrykul who are supposedly relegated to allied race status?

I mean they've given us so, so many elves. Just because it would be in some sense redundant doesn't make it a dealbreaker.

Why would Blizzard create a new Ogre hybrid race with an unpronounceable name when there's already a well established Ogre hybrid race attached to a popular character?

They gave alliance velfs instead of highborne which is what alliance players have been posting about for like 20 years. That was a pretty weird miss.

I think you raise good points but they rely on assumptions of logic which Blizzard doesn't always employ.

Yes please. All the yes. Tinker isn’t even my most wanted class but it could be incredibly fun.

that hybrid ogre race in that leak doesn't make any sense. ogres aren't native to azeroth. avaloren was supposedly isolated from the rest of the planet twenty thousand years before medivh was born. shit's fake as hell

just saw the 10.2 raid finale previewed on the main stage. fyrakk has a 'if i'm going down you are going down with me' moment, he uses his axe (i forget its name, flamemourne, you know the one, but it has that shadowflame look to it here) to open all sorts of rifts to various wacky looking places, then he seems to charge up before imploding in a big explosion, but vyranoth casts a frost nova of sorts to save the tree, and saves the heroes aswell, all that remains after is the axe laying on the ground and portals close around the 'boss room'. alexstrazsa embraces vyranoth and they turn their back to the axe,and everyone begins to walk away, and we see one portal flicker in the background, as if it wasn't fully closed and right before the cinematic ends abruptly you see a pair of yellow eyes in the portal. that is it.

Why would they even show that while the patch is not even out??

They just said there is this thing called Azeroth with great power popping all around for reasons, they felt no need to over explain the fact that it resulted from Sargeras stabbing the world and it being the planet's blood, because it was indeed not super important to understand that blue and red are going to war over power

But your point about the 3rd type of Dwarf could easily be applied to the Vykrul themselves. Why have a third type of human when we have Stormwind and Kul'Tiran.

they just said the planet is wounded because of the legion's third invasion. ion even joked about the seething shore battleground for 7.3.5, that he had no idea why the alliance and horde were fighting near silithus since there is nothing going on there.

Tinker will probably never be released how Teriz wants it like Dracthyr.

It’s likely they’ll be open to all races instead of being restricted to Gnomes & Goblins. (And Vulpera for some reason according to Teriz?)

On this same note, the character animations on mounts broadly need to be updated. Every time I see another mount with no reigns where I'm firmly gripping nothing six inches above its back I just....oof. Can't use it at all.
