I figure it's the first Con in several years, it's got an opening ceremony that is twice as long as usual, and I had a Kroger's giftcard laying around needing to be used.
So I went to their butchers counter and got a steak that's generally way more extra than I tend to get.
I liked that that big honcho was a deaf centaur. I liked most of the questing about their culture and such, although I did find the Nokhud tribe to be a bit cliche'd. I think that whole zone was quite good actually. The thing about wow though is the repetitive nature of the world questing and such makes you hate every single character over time. There's only so many times a person can tolerate the words "well done for a two-foot" before you wanna roundhouse kick those centaurs in the face.
The Liadrin clip is as relevant as Jaina, Thrall, and the timeways accompanying the lo-fi and synthwave stuff.
That is to say, maybe nothing or maybe something. There's other easy recent maybe-hints that contradict it and are just as relevant.
Also why all the Avaloren hate? Because of "boring" screenshots? If you saw screenshots from each DF zone with no context it'd be pretty boring too
Im going to have dinner before the event even starts. It's my usual dinner time 1-1,5 hr before it starts. Fits perfectly. I hate eating while watching something I actually want to focus on.
