In general, I agree. I think there should be good, bad, and in-between deities. It plays closer to real-world myth and folklore.
My main grievance with Wow was that they had established canon they ignored. Chronicles was meant as an objective account of the universe. In order to justify the new story direction they ignored previous work.
However, I would say that the moral framework of some deities (not all) and mortals wouldn’t be that distant. Deities in religion and myth bring/embody knowledge, ideals, morals etc. so their compass shouldn’t be that off from mankind. Just on a grander scale. Unless that is what you mean by framework.
They skipped a few Seasons of Mastery. 1.15 is actually called Season of Mastery 8. OCHO.

That's what I'm saying, I have this idea that the Keepers are meant to emulate the Titans that created them... and if Odyn is a control freak, then Aman'thul is a total control freak as well. All the other titans might have some form of free-will, but Aman'thul is holding all the strings because he is the Highfather.
So, I have this theory that Aggramar (being the first to discover Azeroth and tried to convince the other titans to look into it) that when he created the Keepers, he created Tyr specifically to act as a fail safe in case Odyn goes haywire.
Out of all the titans, Aggramar (and by his extension, Tyr) cares more about Azeroth than any of the other titans. (Along with Eonar who seems more passionate about life.) Whereas Aman'thul (and by his extension, Odyn) care more for Order above anything else. So the idea that people believe ALL titans care about Order doesn't sit right with me.Due to the titans' colossal size, Aggramar feared that if the Pantheon were to take action directly, they would irrevocably damage, or even kill, the world-soul, and so instead he proposed the creation of the titan-forged to do battle in their stead. As the other members of the Pantheon imbued part of their powers into the keepers, the greatest of the titan-forged, Aggramar imparted his courage and strength to Tyr, who would become the greatest warrior of the titan-forged.
