Some, perhaps. But the part where the writer talks about there not being a new class was clearly very wrong. At that point, they almost certainly would've been at least storyboarding Evokers.

Literally every single part it describes is wrong, including the supposed "main feature" the expansions were both being built around. The dumb LARPing about FFXIV and Blizzard internal discussion makes it painfully obvious it was written by a player.
