I just wanna say that this was probably the most insane presentation for WoW ever. I can see why they said Warcraft was the biggest this year.

I'm also really happy with everything I heard, especially in terms of story. That cinematic with Anduin and Thrall felt more mature in a way that I really liked. Somehow I feel like maybe the story of WoW might be in good hands again...? Fingers crossed.

Bringing Metzen back on stage was a gigabrain move as well. This was the most attention I've ever paid in any BlizzCon ever. He has a way of making people listen.

World revamp fans are in shambles. There are some revamps coming on the next two expansions, but not the full thing. Which is awesome news to me.

Metzen already said multiple times they were setting up future stuff.

Maybe I'm coping, but this feels like a soft reboot of the game's story.

Until now we've just been kind of jumping around from one random threat to another with very little setup. With this saga thing, it feels more structured, which I like.

Feels like there's (more of) a reason why we're going to the places we're going and doing the things we're doing.
