Metzen's a great hype man and unlike Shadowlands this actually feels like a finale story arc about things players have interacted with and cared about since 1.0.

Holly Longdale gave a hint that it is not confirmed 2 Major/4 Minor is the model. Lets wait until the 2024 Roadmap is released before we know the Game Model going forward.

I am ready to be upset once we have the 2024 Roadmap in front of us telling us that things have changed for the worse. But, until then I am waiting patiently.

How insane do you have to be to expect a class two expansions in a row and wonder why people are hyped after they've just announced three expansions

If it really is a massive advantage for someone (it's not at all) they have a year to scrape up an extra £35 to attain it

Economically it can be quite huge, which again may lead to quicker advancement. Massive advantage? No, but it is an advantage.

Unless Xal is the final boss of 12.0, yeah. It's possible that we are just getting one patch expansions but I'm not sure.

It pretty much makes the 90 euro version a must for people who want to start from the beginning. AND it also gives you beta access with no RNG involved.

I wonder why they even bother with the Heroic version. There's basically no point in getting that since Epic gives you all the extras on top and includes gametime which alone makes up about 2/3 of the extra price.

For them to go ahead and announce 3 expansion at once kind of makes me feel like they're going to have fewer patches and jumping from one expansion to the next more often.

I'm a bit disappointed on not new class too, but maybe the hero talents fill that void as a sort of "class skin lite".

Was highly improbable they would make a new class. Every class/spec rework (some multiple) + Evokers kept them occupied.

I like the concept of the saga with them already having plans for three different expansions and the story looks promising and I loved the cinematics, but Earthen just seem very underwhelming as a race to me. For them to be the only allied race I think is my problem, sure if they added more maybe it wouldn't be as much of a problem but they seem pretty underwhelming as the main hook as new stuff for the expansion. I like Dark Iron Dwarves and Bronzebeard fine, but I don't know I just can't see myself being hyped by Earthen.

Ye same feeling here.. Earthen /dwarves is not my thing and they are really underwelming as we already have this model. Its a little lame. The 4fakescreens shots atleast had a unique model felt like lol.

Also Arathi humans (altho we didnt actualy see their model) seem like regular humans and dont have anything unique going, but this maybe to early to say.

The first two weeks of an expansion you can't really do anything anyway; some people having three more days to cap toons isn't going to make a difference

It’s not the same logic, in the slightest.

All previous different edition rewards were cosmetic early. Giving someone early access to a game, in which time they can get numerous unfair advantages (yes you can get several in three days) just because they have more money to drop is just scummy business practice.

They’re preaching about building and fostering a community but are then splitting their community because of £££.

We know Xal is going to do "her thing" in 11.0, and we know the titans are going to come back in 13.0, sooo...seems like 13.0 is when hes going to come back as well.
