WoW has a lot of story to continue from. This is just a saga which further goes into the Void stuff, the Titan stuff, the Light stuff (kinda) and Azeroth's reason for existing.

Exactly. I mean Denathrius will likely still be out there ready for my expansion concept. We are just ending the current plot threads with this trilogy.
I mean, Avaloren is still out there and it seems we are getting three expansions during which they can potentially hype it up as a region.

If titans are returning then Illidan is all but confirmed, surely? There's no way he could even begin to hold Sargy by himself. Which begs the question of, is big boy himself coming with.

Personally, I liked it. The shot of the sword was cool. Seeing how weathered and beaten down Anduin was? Nice. Grasping how much time had passed with how old Thrall looked? Kinda scary. Wondering where they were before the sword? Fun!

Dragonflight is 5 years after Shadowlands right? That would make Anduin about 25 (same age as me as it happens) - he looks great

If War Within is set 1-2 years after Dragonflight as expansions normally progress, he's 26-7

Thrall also has grey hair on his new model, dude must be pushing 50 at this point, it just shows more in a cinematic

I think it would be interesting if they flip the expected dynmaic between the two - so far, most people assumed that Xal is using Iridikron to further the Voids goals, bc hes "blind with rage" and "just" trying to destroy the titans.
Now, it sounds more like its the other way around - Iridikron is using Xal and the Void stuff to further his plan of killing the titans. Hes going to let her and the Void overall take the fall, so he can (somehow) nuke the titans when they arrive afterwards.

Would be interesting to see the Void creature be the manipulated one for once.

Ye same feeling here.. Earthen /dwarves is not my thing and they are really underwelming as we already have this model. Its a little lame. The 4fakescreens shots atleast had a unique model felt like lol.

Also Arathi humans (altho we didnt actualy see their model) seem like regular humans and dont have anything unique going, but this maybe to early to say.

I don't know if Arathi humans are just like Dalaran humans or Lordaeron humans where there's literally no visual difference beyond them having different clothes and a different culture. If I didn't know any better I'd have said the Earthen were just some bad leak. But they're not. I think Dwarves are cool and love playing them, but as a Horde main I don't really think I've ever thought "Oh I love my faction so much, but I wanna be a Dwarf!" I just rolled an Alliance toon. Zandalari, Nightborne, Dark Irons and hell, even Void Elves and Mechagnomes seemed more original and exciting to me. I just hope the Nerubian thing is true because at least it's more exciting to me. My only logical thought as to why they became playable is because someone on the team really, really loved Earthen.

Yeah that is true. Had the least action of all wow cinematics. But I kinda liked the new model for Anduin. And I'm glad they didn't just brush over his time as a Death Knight adjacent. He really did change. He might end up being a character.

I don't think Anduin can have a normal age applied to him anymore. Time moves differently in the Shadowlands and we have no idea how long he was in there from his point of view.
