Let's be honest, this is just a small step above the Shadowlands leak cycle. In this case we just have the name, and the main location. As opposed to SL where we assumed the name was Shadowlands, and that the Shadowlands would be a key location.

No it won't. It will just focus the leaks more into what we see with expansion patch speculation.

For Dragonflight we assumed we would go to the area west of Ohn'ahran plains. And we assumed the Emerald Dream would be important given the tree was there. Question was just how that patch would look, which was still fun specualting about.

We will probably have speculation for smaller details still. I mean this thread began as patch concent speculation for DF. I suppose when 11.0 comes out this will be closed and a new one will open for the entire saga and go until 14.0 gets revealed.

The only AR I could see people being hyped about would be actual High Elves and possibly Mok'Nathal. (Probably some interest in Wildhammer Dwarves but don't know if I'd refer to that as hype levels)

Now that I think about it, it seems that the leveling gear for 11.0 will be dwarf themed (the Earthen armors in the press kit).

So where do the Arathi armors come from? 11.1?
