wow twitter just posted mog monday, nice. Likely means the same for this week in wow
Also Muffinus just hinted at the developer video yesterday.

I wish it was tomorrow but most likely this Thursday as usual.
Hero talent previews for Druid, Mage, Hunter and Priest on Wednesday, but looks like it's SoD week otherwise.
lmao thats crazy, if we dont get anything on 10.2.6 this week. actually crazy. this patch is gonna be a disaster if they dont get it up on the PTR soon
I can understand a pretty big delay if it's a large patch, but they better knock it off with the teasing.
There is a sale on Wednesday which might mean some kind of announcement.
This better not become a meme situation, lol.
I no longer reply to quotations beyond if you're asking a genuine question or have a non-confrontational stance.
i knew that this week they weren't going to announce anything. they don't like to overlap news.
It's also important to note that Season of Discovery phase 2 will be starting on a Thursday (February 8th) rather than on a Tuesday.
Why they do it on a Thursday and not a Tuesday like usual is unknown to me.
i dont see what feature could possibly be worth all this secrecy and obnoxious vagueposting, theyre only setting themselves up for players to be disappointed
or im just basing it off of what content has been delivered in minor patches thus far in the expansion? couldnt be that right? just because its a .6 instead of .5 and .7 doesn't mean it isnt a minor patch. by the very nature of it being 10.2.6 its smaller than a 10.X. thats how patches work

right so you are setting your expectations for it being something big because theyve never done this mystery patch shit before, and i am setting MY expectations because its still a minor patch. we're basically doing the same thing with different premises. hope this helps!
Only, your premise doesn't make sense.
You think this patch will only have a catch-up system and some random filler questline about pirates, but this is irrelevant stuff doesn't warrant a mystery campaign.
My premise makes sense (Blizzard doing mystery campaign because this patch will have cool/unpredictable feature); your premise does not make sense (Blizzard doing mystery campaign because this patch will have catch-up system and maybe a random new questline, which is the ordinary and expected).
