All I ever wanted was the truth. Remember those words as you read the ones that follow. I never set out to topple my father's kingdom of lies from a sense of misplaced pride. I never wanted to bleed the species to its marrow, reaving half the galaxy clean of human life in this bitter crusade. I never desired any of this, though I know the reasons for which it must be done. But all I ever wanted was the truth.
Chromatus in Harrowsdeep would be a great first boss.
12.0 - Harrowsdeep Dragonflight callback raid, ends with Chromatus
12.1- Tyr vs Odyn raid, Odyn is keeping us from getting to the Titans. Either he is the final boss or some kind of Titan machine
12.2- Assault on Ulduar

Vrykuls become available as new race and their scenario starts with Odyn, eventually ending up with Tyr similar to the Lich king DK scenario.
i could see iridikron being a penultimate boss in the final raid of the last titan
I wanna guess some of the lore in the Worldsoul Saga as well!
Here's an edgy tinfoil edition:
TWW
> Xal'atath causes Midnight by darkening the Light of the worldsoul. It turns out this was the state the Titans once found Azeroth in. Kalimdor = land of eternal starlight.
> We initially thwart her plans by toppling the nerubian stronghold, preventing her from destroying the Arathi or whatever.
> Later, though, in the final raid Uldaz, Xal'atath manages to awaken something. But it's not a dead creature like we had thought. It's us. "All eyes shall open." By triggering Midnight on Azeroth, she makes us all see the truth.
> We get to see a vision of endless armies of Titanforged, bearing down on the aqir like an immense hammer. We see citadels fall, and chains extend around the bodies of the Old Gods. Except, it doesn't stop there. Odyn himself imprisons the worldsoul, placing it in stasis. She is now his to control and protect.
> Odyn is there with us now, we realise. In chains. He is forced to unleash the worldsoul.
> The world darkens. Empress Azshara returns to rule over this darkened Azeroth.
I feel like it will be difficult to say for sure what the setup will be considering we don't know what the patches will look like for TWW. Could be back to full 2 year cadence, could be what we are getting for DF, could be shorter still for the long awaited 1-year expansion.

I think Gazlowe and Hallowsfall points to TWW being three raids instead of two, but that is a good point. We don't know if we are getting three raids or not.
Could be straight from Nerubians to the World Soul/Uldaz.
I think SL/DF points to three raids/four seasons with DFs minor patch structure moving forward.
Speaking of Tyr and Odyn, I've had that idea of Alexstrasza getting killed by the latter or one of the Titans during TLT, which would prompt Tyr to join Vyranoth and stand against them.
IMO, these two would make for a great character dynamic and an opportunity to give gravitas to an argument about the required balance between order/control and chaos/freedom.
Gazlowe leading to a goblin themed megadungon is possible, but so is Gazlowe being relevant because goblins have a nunderground city, and are therefore relevant.
We could easily have Hallowfall as the Megadungeon, and whatever is at the end of the coreway as the second and final raid.
