ok so, your issue is that you feel pressured because a dungeon lockout doesnt extend past the 7 day lockout....?
and youre also saying that because you dont like the LFG system this change is bad because it will make people interact more with the LFG system...?
this offers more challenging untimed dungeon content with better ilvl rewards for players who dont like M+. this is a strict positive, and these 'issues' you've brought up, im sorry to say, do not matter.
A dungeon in Ghostlands, Amani Town, Silvermoon and Eversong would be perfect. Then you add Magisters, Ka'resh, Ka'resh 2, Nazjatar 2 and more like that through the patches. It would be very nice.

With the changes in expansion development, couldn't this now be feasible? It isn't that way in TWW but now that they are working on Midnight, they could do all the dungeons/zones now and just change how they are released.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
By interacting with the system you mean being stuck in it, sure. You're just going to get people faster to the point where players get stuck not being able to progress more due to the system that is the LFG System being inadequate for "Quick Join -> Play" in todays' environment.

Anyways, it is still good changes. Don't get me wrong!
I just don't particulary find the concept of grinding 8 weekly dungeons as a good solution to the no "No Timer" option for Dungeon players issue.
The LFG System is just very stressful to deal with and a lockout is going to cause further frustrations for those who just want to have a stress free non timer environment.
Maybe the LFG Metas won't be too ridiculous in M0s but, I am not a wizard so I don't know.
I feel like we lost out on an actual real solution that made the game substantially better than just an patchwork solution that Blizzard usually concocts.
Outside of the solution they made for the Non-Timed content its all pretty good decisionmaking, honestly.
If the pitfalls of M+ LFG doesn't affect M0 due to the lack of a timer then disregard everything I've written except for the fact that I would've liked a Non-timer scaling system but hey lmao that was never going to happen in the first place.

I do have some concern that M0 before the season actually launches may be too rewarding if its still open. If Im reading the chart right it would make it so M0 drops gear that can be upgraded to heroic raid level. That feels extreme to exist "pre-season." Maybe they make it non upgradeable or dont reward crests until the season actually launches? I do hope the dungeons themselves are open on release. Doing +10 equivalent content with preseason gear would be a super fun bit of progression to add for that content period.
Contextually important to note that this would fit together with the current understanding of the Delves Ilvl cap from Blizzcon.
Again, I am not a big fan of the handling of ilvl currently. But, I do find it peculiar and I do have a lot of morbid curiosity of where this ends at this point.

The way I would imagine, and hope they do it, is to make Mythic dungeon as a whole only open with the beginning of the PvE season. We will have HC dungeons which will take the place of current Mythic dungeon when it comes to pre-season gearing, so no need to then have the step above that as well.

I guess the news hype has died off for today. Let's see what Thursday has in store!
In theory it would. But in practice I think having the equivalent of M+10 without infinite gearing would promote far too degenerate gameplay. Players feeling compelled to push for just one more boss even as they need hero on every trash pull to not die.
What we now have as Mythic dungeons are about the right difficulty for pre-raid progression. It's challenging when you have gone straight from levelling, but with a full suite of endgame gear it's absolutely achievable for most players, which is important for something you can queue for.
