Personally don’t see Gnolls being an AR, don’t think we’ve had any non-hostile gnolls this xpac but I could be wrong.

I’d love to see Drakonid ARs though. Would make sense via the whole Drakonid rebellion storyline & them being granted some more freedom.

There are, in fact, neutral gnolls at the end of the Amirdrassil questline who said they would protect the tree against the evil gnoll witch from that Dungeon, if I remember it correctly.

- players had no level
- no renown, currencies+vendor instead
- no fire tornado

The Twitch population for WoW suggests that legion figure is true. While it can't be surprising that Classic is getting more play than retail when Classic has the newest content, ironically, if you don't include Fortnite mode.

That just assumes a trend when there is no supporting data that the trend exists. There is no modeling that shows that twitch views have anything to do with the game population and if anything Classic Hardcore alone probably disproves the relation.

Didn't he do something similar during shadowlands and got laughed at by the devs? I vaguely remember his data being backed up by the amount of logged +10 or +15 keys or something like that.

I think they're referring to the fact that it automatically switches to spectator mode through a loading screen instead of choosing the leave immediately. I guess some people got long loading screens?

Eh, I don't really trust any unofficial numbers, especially from someone who clickbaits for a living.

There are no real solid sources to be honest. The best one is M+ because you got an official API there but that didnt exist before 9.1.5 so any comparison to Legion is really pointless. You could use WCL and Raiding but that doesnt really represent the whole playerbase so extrapolating from that is problematic. Twitch numbers are just a joke and not even worth discussing. The other problem is that there are now 2 arguably 3 games included in this subscription with cross over so you cant just start adding up numbers(thats even ignoring that WCL data contains alts etc.)

Now the most reliable way would be to reverse engineer earnings reports but as you're dealing with different regions and also includes MTX thats also bound to be inaccurate. So at best you can look at trends within specific parts of the game.

Likely means internal 11.0 alpha is already ongoing or about to start expanding to a wider audience. Next step after that is encrypted press/F&F alpha if they are doing one of those again (they did for DF) before moving into wider public alpha.

on the roadmap the alpha is between 10.2.6 and season4. i expect something to happen in the next 2 weeks
